How do I stop them from calling?
- Ask the unwanted caller to stop calling and put you on their do not call list (they are legally required to comply).
- If your number is registered with the National Do Not Call Registry you can file a complaint with the FTC.

This is the Lowe's Special order number to let you know that your item is in.
Caller ID came up as "UNAVAILABLE", but found out the number is Lowe's by reading other comments on this number. No message left, although I am expecting a special order from Lowe's. Wish they would have left a message.
They left a message, telling me my order was in.
This is Lowe's special order number trying to notify the number they have on record that your special order has arrived at the store. They will call you from the store if you do not respond to the call from the 866 number.
This is the automated system that Lowe's uses to inform it's customers that an order that they had placed has been received at the store and is ready for pick up.
No message left. I called the number back and it did tell me it was Lowe's and my special order was ready.
This very morning, I got a call from the Lowe's store itself (which only comes up as ''unavailable'' on caller ID, unlike its competitor, Home Depot) leaving a message that my window order was in. Hours later, this number is calling me several times - coming up as ''toll free call'' - and I check it out here only to find that it's ANOTHER division of Lowe's trying to inform me my order is in. Of course, they never leave a message. I guess that would be out of the question. Instead, they just keep calling, I'm sure under the impression that endless calls from unidentifiable phone numbers will make their customers thrilled. By the way, anyone at Lowe's ever wonder if it's necessary to fund a corporate call center to redundantly perform tasks that their stores are already doing?
Let my machine get it....no message was left. It would make sense for it to be Lowe's....we are building a new house and have done a great deal of business with them over the past few months. No idea why they wouldn't just leave a message, though!
This was Lowes customer service automated message saying that my special order carpteting has arrived. Yeah!
Strange, everyone here says it's Lowes. I do have an order from them, but a real live person from the store just called to tell me it was in. I wonder why the automation is calling now.

Dorks didn't leave a message so we had no idea our order was in. Why on earth would they not advertise LOWES on the caller ID? DUMB.
Called my cell phone but wouldn't leave a message. When I called the number back, it was Lowe's informing me I have an order from them. Why don't they leave a message or identify themselves?
Must be some automated message service that Lowe's uses to let people know that their orders are in. Seems very likely based on the above comments and the fact that I am awaiting some custom window coverings from Lowe's.
Missed 2 calls. Wish they would leave a message. Makes alot of sense that it is LOWES since I have an order from them.

Called my cell phone, when I answered it hung up
The first call I received from this number, I was away from my phone. I just got a second call from this number. This time I answered it and it was a recording telling me my order was in at a certain store. I was waiting for this store to call me. I didnt know it would be from an unknown number and a recording. Not sure why it didnt leave the message when my voicemail answered it. Now I can go get my order!
