Ford leasing called from this number.

call and hang up no message. Verizon not our phone co so do not call list seems to apply

Its some number that is unimportant i called back and theyre like with onstar on rewening it or welcoming u to the program but it aint important i kinda like these prank calls i just either leave the phone by the hook and wait until the it disconnects or i make fun of how they talk its hysterical!!!

At least 3 hangup calls from them so far, mostly around 6-7pm local time

I was out of town so I had my home calls forwarded to my cell phone. This number called me 5/15/08 @ 9:15pm and hung up. Again on 5/19/08 @ 7:09 pm - another hang-up. Then two times tonight 5/20/08 once at 6:50 pm which was another hang up and then again at 7:02 pm - but I was able to talk to a real person. They asked for my DH about our 2005 Subaru "on behalf of" GO Subaru. I said that he was not home, which was true. Then the lady on the other end asked me if I could take a message. I replied, "Yes, but I have something to ask you first." Surprisingly she allowed me to. That's when I asked why this number is always calling me and then it hangs up on me. She started to explain some delayed answering thing... and I said that I answered the phone all of the times and I have received calls from the number 3 or 4 times and have been hung up on every time. I also added that it was very annoying. She replied saying she can understand how it must be annoying and told me that she would let her supervisor know about the problem. Well, I highly doubt that she will talk to her supervisor about it, and even if she did- I also doubt it would do any good. Oh well- at least I took a stand! :)

Tall Free Call

Returned call and it was Minux asking to leave caller information so they could investigate why I was called. Caller identified himself as Verizon Wireless and asked me for my address and account password so he could give me some money saving offer. When asked if I could provide address and not account password he said he needed both to get this special deal. Not confident in leaving him with my password to my account asked if there was another way to hear about deal he said he needed password. I wouldn't give it to him and he politely wished me a good night and hung up.

With Carolina West Wireless,2 calls after 6PM. Tonights call,can't hear anyhting but background, sounded suspicious.

Called three times in the space of two minutes, each time I answered it I could hear the person talking to a coworker, but they wouldn't speak to me. Each time I hung up they called back within 15 seconds and did the same no-talking routine.

Verizon cell user, got the same no message left. I don't answer unknown calls.

I got 2 calls from this number in 20 minutes. 10 minutes later, I received a call from someone at an anonymous phone # trying to sell me on yellowpages.com. I expect that they are calling to see if you answer before they put a telemarketer onto you.

I called this number back and it is a telemarketing company called Minex. They are paid to sell different cellular options from different cellular companies. So being on the "Do Not Call" list won't help when it is your our phone provider doing the selling.

Telemarketer called after 7pm, gave recorded pitch trying to sell 800 number service.

Patrick Subaru, asking me if I wanted to make an appointment for my 7500 mile service. I'd had this service done tbis past Saturday and told them so.

i used to have Verizon wireless but i gave them up 2 years ago.
got two calls today. they hang up on answering machine.

2 calls received from this number. I called the number and was sent to message from a company named minex(?)

Call all hours of the day and night. But every time i answer they hang up.
