Ms. Herbert: If it's still West Asset, you can notify by Certified mail that they are ringing a mobile phone. The FTC doesn't want anyone charged extra for collector calls. If you have a legal rep or you've already discharged whatever debt they are chasing, that's even better repellent. Learn how to exercise your rights as an alleged debtor at FTC-dot gov.
They are calling my cell phone, don't want them to call, I am presently in a bantrupcy

I have received several calls from this number. When I answer there is no one there....the phone just sounds dead.
I received a voicemail from a Virginia stating she is calling from West Asset Managment and then a phone # 866-793-6030 ext WM5.. I don't know who this is, but she called on my personal business extention at work.
