I HAVE REPORTED THEM TO THE DO NOT CALL REGISTRY AND TO THE FCC BUT THEY STILL CONTINUE TO HARASS ME. THE COMPANY IS THE SCUMMIEST OF THE SCUM.

I could'nt keep from laughing out loud & told him, I could'nt understand a word he was saying, that he sounded like an idiot. I'm sure I haven't heard the last of them but, the calls have lessened.

This Company has gotten on my last nerve. The last time I was able to get through to them was the time I called right back after they hung up and started cursing at them and verbally threatning them. NOPE didnt fase them. Its a good thing they aren't a local business across the street... I'd blow their whole building up.

I've been getting calls from these a#$ bags for about a year now, my husbands work cell comes up as unknown so it's hard to avoid answering. I tried everything to get them to stop calling, nothing works for long. Now i just f#@% with them, it can be a great stress releiver after a bad day to take it out on a low-life scamer. I think that from noe on I am just going to keep an air horn by the phone, when they call i'll let them start the sales pitch and when they ask for my info i will respond with a honk that should shock the sh&* out of the caller. who knows maybe we will get lucky and one will lose some hearing or have a heart attack!

If you have a home or CELL phone with Qwest (only in 14 states) they can add the NON-SOLICITATION blocker to your phone for only $6.25 per month. This blocks all 800 type numbers from getting through. Including the 866 number from "Savers Health". I have been getting so many calls from this week. This Qwest feature can be placed on Land lines or your CELL if you have service through Qwest. You can call Qwest at 800-544-1111 (ask for Sergio- he was a great help). I hope this helps anyone in the same situation I have been in. I desperately hope it works, as it starts tomorrow on my phone lines.
Also, If I get more calls today, I am answering "Gilbert Police department...is this an emergency???" I seriously can not take these constant calls.

more bad news... I used the *57 several times then called to initiate action, and they told me to use the DO NOT CALL.gov to report this. I paid $2.00 each *57 to QWEST phone company to initiate action and they can not help me. I am sick of these calls, getting desperate for some help. I see several have reported them to the "do not call" list, but no action was taken by them. I am going to report it each time they call.

They called several times a day, for weeks. Always a hang up until today. They asked for my husband. They said they were "Savers Health".

How is that *57 thing working out for you? My guess is not so well. If you happened to not receive any calls for a few days, it was just a coincidence. There is really no long term solution other than changing your number, phone companies figuring out how to let us block calls from certain numbers, or finding out where these mother fuckers are calling from and killing them. Other than that, prepare for a lifetime of these calls.

Called again on March 22...no message

Rec'd call, no one answered when I picked up, so I set the phone down and came back a while later and the phone line was still open...so after about 2 hrs, I finished working in the garage, came back in and hung the phone up

We get a couple of calls a week from the. They answer "Healthcare Provider", or the caller says nothing and hangs up. I have talked to supervisors a couple of times and they haved assured me they won't call again...but they do. And I have threatened to call the FTC, and the caller laughed and said many people threaten to do that and he didn't care. No way to get rid of this company.

For awhile there, I was somewhat hopeful that the FDA (or someone) shut this US based (ILLEGAL) online pharmacy down... no such luck tho. Mypillorder apparently shut down their website just to redo (hide?) some things, and now I see them up and running again, this time with yet another phone number... 877-479-2455. The number that was showing up on their site was: 866-272-6256. They are still calling me, using their 866-731-8618 number. The FDA & FTC haven't stopped anything yet, I see.
This company seems foreign based, due to the accents of the telemarketers, but guess what? That's intentional on their part, don't let it fool you! They are actually based in Reston, Virginia.
If I can answer one of their annoying calls again, I'm going to sound like a total druggie and BEG them for those meds they claim are ready for me... I want to get them talking! Maybe if we take some proactive recourse of our own, we can make a difference... at least more so than the FTC or FDA have done so far! Count me in.

Receive many calls from them. Call 866-878-3116 and tell them it has been 30 days since their last chicken order and I would be happy to refil their order. Basically the same thing they say when they speek. If they call, don't say anything when you answer, that will connect you to a live person.

The last two times they called, I initiated *57 (call trace) against the caller. The service claims that you are required to receive (and trace) three calls before you can initiate further action. Interestingly, after the second report, they quit calling. For the past seven days, I have not received a single pharmacy call from them or any other pharmacy. Maybe this worked!
If it all goes up in flames and they resume calling, I'll post here immediately.

We've had our phone number for about three weeks and have received hundreds of calls from this and about 6 other pharmacy companies. When the number came up unknown today I asked for a contact name and number and the guy had the nerve to tell me he'd give me the info as soon as I gave him the name of a friend that would use their services. Appears perhaps they used to be mylegalmeds.com - I'll venture a guess that one was shut down for being anything BUT legal. Guess what? This one isn't either... at least now I know who, and what to report. Seems violation of FTC DNC isn't going to be their ONLY issue! FDA needs to get in on this too.

I'm always amazed when I visit here. The calls can be stopped. It's easy, simple, costs $100.00. I did it months ago and have posted dozens of times in this WhoCalled forum. This is the real deal, I've used it maybe 6 months and laugh every day to see how many have called that I didn't hear.

This is driving me nuts. I get a call from them at least three times a day. I got a live person one time that sounded like they were in another country. I told them to remove me and they hung up.

I have ordered a diet drug from these a-holes for my mom before and gave them my cell number during the order process and now they wont leave me alone...they used to just call every 90 days but now its 3-4 times a day. Well, got my first call from this # and after reading all of the useful posts here - I decided to be proactive.

So, after the call (one of the silent ones) I called back and mentioned the Do Not Call registry and asked for my number to be removed, then I called again his response was "Sorry I got the wrong number" and he hung up.

I left it 5 minutes and called back again and he hung up, Straight away I called again and said "Did you remove my number?" his reponse was "Yes Mam, but you need to stop calling" My response..... "So do you, you've only called me once, I suggest you don't do it again"

Answered the phone and no one talked. Called back and the "operator" barely spoke English and was VERY rude. Called again and someone else answered and they were also rude. They wouldn't let me speak to a superviser either. They tried telling me that I ordered drugs from them and I never had before. Complete scam!!

Seems to call for a while, several times a day, then stops. I don't answer them anymore when I see a toll free number. One time that I did recently they were pushing drugs. They also seems to change the number periodically. There seems to be no getting them to stop.

Verizon sells a service that will block or allow who you chose. It's called IOBI. It costs around 8 or 9 dollars. That is the only thing short of changing your phone number that I have found will work

I am currently for ways to take legal action.

Suggestions:

1. Tell them the have the wrong number/nobody here by that name/etc. They will remove wrong numbers from the list.

I worked for a telemarketing company. If you don't answer, or hang up, they'll just put your number back in queue, sometimes up to DOZENS of dials a DAY.

All I could get out of "Tina" was that their name is New Hope Pharmacy and that they are located in Miami, FL. She would not provide a street address or any other information. telemarketer calls me at work almost every week. I have told them not to call me, I don't take any meds. The # they gave was 866-878-3116 & website is mylegalmeds.com, I wonder where they got my # from.

866-255-3635 called me several times over past 2-3 wks (usually around onces to 2x per day). Each time I picked up and said "Hello" there was no reply nor sounds from other end; when my voicemail picks up there's no msg left; last time I picked up and said nothing (10-09-06 5:21pm) there were no sounds from other end and call was disconnected. I just filed a complain on donotcall.gov (and will file through other agencies should calls persist) I also just called T-mobile to see if this # can be blocked; the rep was polite, bt basically said there's no way to block a # and there's no means to file a complaint on this # through T-mobile...he suggested I contact the Better Business Bureau.

Who are these people? Is this a prank? Doesn't it cost them $ to call us relentlessly?

I've called back & they answer Health Care Providers, Miami. Asking to speak to a supervisor they put on Erick,no last name from Life Medical, Bocca Raton. He could not give me the address or # to their headquarters...
Can't change my # so guess I'll just keep "not" answering their calls... It costs them $ to call me.
And maybe I'll call them multiple times a day cuz it costs them $ again when I call their 866 #.

They will not quit calling me. I have turned them into the do not call registry but it is not helping.

These idiots do not know what "NO!" means. They call my cell every day and I have asked them repeatedly to take my name off their list. I thought that by law now, they HAD to do that?!

They have called me almost everyday for the past 4 or 5 months, After asking them many times to stop calling. Scumbags!

I've tried hanging up, asking them to place me on do not call list, calling their customer service number and asking again, cussing them, threatening legal action.. they still keep calling. I'm about to pursue legal action and I'm filing with the FCC

I use to get called every week or so by this number, asking me to buy scripts that I had bought in the past. Now they call like ten times a day. if i answer there's nobody there and if i call them, its just this eerie "happy" music. i cant believe i actualy bought stuff from them. oh yeah, i'm an addict.

Yes, arising from the mass error of ordering Rx over the Internet. A vast and egregious cesspool of these people call until the end of time. They are all located in Florida: the most corrupt and vile state in the nation. I wish the tornedois would hit them, and flatten the whole mess f9or good. Receive calls 4-5 times daily for weeks now - I called back today - The guy answered Healthcare Provider - I continued to ask what the company name was, but he wouldn't answer. I told him that I had made 5 requests to remove me from the calling list - he said let me have your cell phone #-I didn't tell him it was my cell p hone-when I asked him how he knew I was calling from my cell phone - he said" I think your told me that" - I got nowhere with these people-There really should be something done about this nuisance. I have never even heard of this Healthcare Solutions and I have never ordered any medicines online.

Once maybe twice a day for 2-3 weeks so far. First time I picked up and no one there. Now I just ignore call. Very annoying however.

This pharmaceutical telemarketer calls my cell phone serveral times EVERY DAY! I have asked them many many times to not call. I'm listed on the DNC registry. I'm ready to wage a all out war against them
