How do I stop them from calling?

Got 2 calls from this number 1/21 and 21 on 1/22; never anyone on line
1-2-13 I received an incing call from #:
855-582-5582-upon answering, I received an eerie response to my "Hello?"
A COMPUTER generated voice response of:
"GOODBYE!"
When returning the call (númerous times) I immediately received AT&T's error message: Your call could not be completed as dialed, please check the number & dial again.
I strongly suspect this could be a "phishing" call..to determine when a potential "client" or "victim" may be either available to take solicitation calls-or worse, for burglary purposes...UGH!
They call and say nothing when I pick up.
hang up call... autodialer...
Next time they call I am thinking about letting them come out so I can ask them how they could possible think I would ever do business with a telemarketer.
Someone is calling from this number and not saying anything. WTF!!!
