How do I stop them from calling?
- Ask the unwanted caller to stop calling and put you on their do not call list (they are legally required to comply).
- If your number is registered with the National Do Not Call Registry you can file a complaint with the FTC.
- Block them with a call blocker (click pictures below for price and reviews).
Uniden DECT1288 blocks up to 20 numbers, plus Private and Unknown, with the reject tone, without ringing the phone.
Panasonic KX-TG106 blocks up to 30 numbers, plus all unidentified callers, with a busy tone, after the phone rings once.
JF Teck Caller ID with Ring Controller blocks up to 70 numbers, and can be set to always allow up to 100 to ring through.

I suggest you figure out who's doing it soon. I personally have reported Opinion One to the FCC 3 times, so you will probably be investigated.
I am the President of Interviewing Service of America or ISA. We have a software product called Opinion One. However, we are NOT the company using that name doing robocalls! We do not do Robocalls with Opinion One. NEVER! The company doing these calls is adding and changing number constantly and using legimate company's names, like our's and Keller Fay Group to do their unsavory business. Once again ISA is in no way related to whoever is making these robocalls! Neither Keller Fay nor Tom Zoretich are involved either. All of us are legitimate market research companies and DO NOT DO Robocalls! SOme one is using our names and we aretrying to find out who.
This is the number of an auto-caller owned by Tom Zoretich who uses it determine if there are “live” people at the numbers so his staff can call back and conduct market research on for whatever company or organization hires them. He does this for two companies, both of which he owns:

He is willfully violating the National Do NOT Call law. Worse, he is the treasurer of the Marketing Research Association, which printed the following about fighting this law in its recent newsletter: “This past year, we engaged in a wide range of lobbying activities to educate legislators at both state and federal levels about the detrimental effects of the FTC’s revision of the National Do-Not-Call bill as it pertains to calls to cell phones.”

I urge EVERYONE to report him (and all his numbers and information) at esupport.fcc.gov because the government won’t do anything about him unless they receive multiple complaints.
I also urge everyone to SEND HIM MULTIPLE, AUTO-DIALED E-MAILS TO JAM HIS E-MAIL BOX and PUT HIS OWN PHONE NUMBERS ON AN AUTO-DIALER TO DO TO HIM WHAT HE’S BEEN DOING TO US.

They called last night. And as I'm always willing to express my opinion, I answered. It was a recorded opinion poll. The first question asked what is my political leaning. 1 for Liberal, 2 for Moderate and 3 for Conservative. I immediately hit 3. Question 2 was "Do you feel that this current administration threatens your gun rights. 1 for yes and 2 for no. It was a 1 and then the call ended. Maybe I answered incorrectly...
Opinion One has been calling using 4 different numbers. Must be hoping I will answer the phone. Rings 3 times and hangs up. Calls from area code 435,760 and 818.
