How do I stop them from calling?

FTC. - Block them with a call blocker:
Uniden DECT1288 blocks up to 20 numbers, plus Private and Unknown, with the reject tone, without ringing the phone.
Panasonic KX-TG106 blocks up to 30 numbers, plus all unidentified callers, with a busy tone, after the phone rings once.
JF Teck Caller ID with Ring Controller blocks up to 70 numbers, and can be set to always allow up to 100 to ring through.

Keep calling several times a day from morning till night but never leave a message. Not sure who they are ??? If it was that important why not leave a name and number....thought that was required by the Federal Trade Commission if they are trying to collect or get payment for something.
I have been getting calls from this number multiple times per day. The voice message claims that they are calling from citicards, trying to reach me and asking me to call back. The funny thing is that even if I receive the call, the same voice message gets played and no one talks to you.
I get calls everyday fro this number and they dont leave messages or answer the phone, dont know how to report this
I receive calls from this number from 8am to 10pm and never leaves a message.
This company pretends to be Citicorps, but is not. They call and leave a recorded message (which is there when you answer the phone as well) that says "We're sorry we missed you. This is an important message from citibank. please call -------) The number they give you to call is not (at least according to Citibank) owned by citibank. When I called the official citi customer service line, they had no knowledge or record of these calls. People should beware it is NOT citibank.
We are on the do not call list already and continue to receive these calls.

Paid my bill yet they still keep calling. Usually nice and early in the morning, too.
