Its a non-working number at Capital One
I got a call from this number. they left a voicemail saying they were from Capitol One. I do not have a Capitol One account.
Left message to call Shockra back at 800 393 2988 which was different from the caller ID number. When I called back the recording asked me to enter my credit card number.
I just called this number back and it said that I have reached an invalid number at Capital One. If it's invalid, why are they calling me?!!
I received a a call from this number. I live in the other side of the coast. I do not know anyone in Richmond VA
