Called MY CELL PHONE at 6:16 pm.

Multiple calls, usually early morning Pacific.Did not recognise so did not answer, no voicemaul message left.

No message left. Caller ID shows Survey Sampling. Called at 7:10 p.m. during the week.

Caller id said Delaney A....umnknown to us so did not answer
....noessage....upon researching the number it sppears several names are used...my guess is a ccollection agency, survey group or tele sales

Delaney A called twice, I answered and they said nothing...not a word. I said if y can't say anything, don't call again. So, who knows..

I wish I had a whistle to blow in their ear really loud! They keep calling and asking for the wrong person. And i can barely understand their accent! Annoying!

These calls are coming in on cell @ 3:50in the morning

Caller said he was calling from Opinionology and was going to ask me a few questions.
Told him I was on DNC list - he said that didn't apply to research callers.
Told him I still wasn't interested in his damn questions.

I bought a computer program called Ascendis CallerID. Works with my old modem.
It deals with these calls just fine. It hangs up on them after one ring. :)

Calls come in 5:30 to 6 every evening. Number and name are not familiar to me so I don't answer....You would think they would get tired of calling afetr so many no answered calls....

801-823-2031 is a survey company Western Wats (westernwats.com) in Orem, UT. Probably a bunch of liberals or DRC members. You can have your number removed by selecting Western Wats at the top then selecting Privacy Policy at the bottom, navigate to OpOut and follow directions.

I've been receiving daily calls once or sometimes three times a day from this number. When I pick up the phone there is only dead air and no one answers.

Called once so far at 7:36pm. Didn't answer since I didn't know any Delaney from "801". When time allows I will answer a call like this and listen for a short time then say "hang on" and make a little noise. Then I keep asking the caller to speak up. "Speak up please I'm recording this". Not really this time but they don't know! I tell them the New York State Attorney General wants us to record all calls like this. The callers hang up.

It's fun busting chops on my dime! Too bad bullets don't travel well through phone lines. I love this country!

I received this call last night (10/11/10) @ 8:44 pm. Name says A. Delaney. I did not answer, no message was left.

Person called from this number saying they were collecting information for General Motors. Told them no and hung up.

I have AT&T on my landline. If I hit *60 then #01# it blocks the last call to come in. Some services use *77 for Anonymous call rejection. Check with your phone service provider. They probably have a solution.

Same as the others. We are on the do not call list.

phone comapny said it was from system calls...
i turned in a complaint to consumeraffairs.
Log all your calls and tell the phone service provider of them and also turn it into your local police and consumer affairs people.
Complain or it always continues.
Also.. we should ask that no fake area code numbersd are allowed.. write washington about it or something.. i dunno. it is ridiculous at this point.
I think it is aol as that is who i've had similar trouble with and had to turn it in.

Got this real cool computer program called PhoneTrayFree. Zap's whoever I tell it too including the loser at 801-823-2031. I can have my modem play any message back to any caller I want. Can even make my own messages. They get beep-beep-beep this number has been disconnected, no further information about this number is available. Paid the guy for it even though it's free. Best thing since sliced bread!

I don't pick up if I don't know who it is...no message left on our machine.

This number called 3 times today. I just called it back and a recodring said it was some survey thing. I WISH THEY'D STOP FUCKING CALLING HERE!!!!!

This caller is Western Wats, a survey company that usewd the internet as well as phone calls. You can dial 801-373-7735 to receive a recorded message that tells you to speak your ten didget phone number to be removed from their call list.

I do not answer for unrecognized numbers. No message left. Promptly placed on my "blocked" list.

This # calll all hours seems to be a auto-dialer.

2nd day in row they called at same time-5:13pm. when I answered I asked them to take me off their call list and hung up. recording said cell phone was out of area when I called back

15 July 2010; 2104 hours EDST. Also called on 14 July around 1800 EDST. I answered both calls, said "Hello" a couple of times then a person came on the line, introduced themselves by name and said they are conducting a survey. I hung up. I guess they'll keep calling.

Called twice last week but did not leave message. Called today I picked and said "FBI Telemarketing scam and fraud Department" immediate hang up.
Next time they call I think I'll talk in ubby-dubby talk or maybe pig latin.

7th call this week. I do not answer. I am on a national "do not call list". Yeah, right. Like it is really effective.
Does anyone know if calls like this can be stopped? This company is so irritating to so many people.

I've received calls from here for 2 evenings. I let the calls go to the answering machine. Caller ID just says "Odgen, UT". They begin their call, on the answering machine, as if someone had picked up. They ask for my husband and say they are with Target Point Consulting. Obviously calls are being computer dialed because it is very obvious upon answering that our answering machine is picking up.

Called 7/6/10 at 5:30PM. No message left. I am on the National do not call list. This company needs to stop calling me.

Did not identify themselves. Asked for my husband. Some sort of business. would not leave a message. Calling them back get disconnected number.

Getting these calls twice a day from Ogden Utah, not leaving any messages...last time they tried calling a couple of months ago was some sort of timeshare scam asking about a property we do not own

I did a background check on it and it is coming from Weber County, Ogden Utah, then I hit star 57 and will add it to the list of calls to that should not be coming my way to the phone company. About 10 calls over the last five days. All hang-ups just after fourth ring (during answering machine intro). No messages left. Calls during the workweek and weekend range from early to late afternoon local time.

Asked for my dog. I told them he's busy. Ridiculous.

They have been calling everyday for past week. They only ring 3 or 4 times. I couldn't get to phone in that time anyway. Just enough to be annoying.

Called and left a message on voice mail of someone slurping through a straw very loudly and for about 15 seconds. Wasn't that nice? !

They've been calling at least once a day for the last week. I never answer as it's not a number I know. They never leave a message.

Number called my home yesterday....my wife answered, and they were asking for my 6yr old son.

They called me and didn't say anything right away. So I breathed hard into the phone... in and out... in and out... and said "what are you wearing?" Then as I was going to say that I would love to eat soup out of their skull when they die, they hung up.

The company is:WESTERN WATS AT westernwats.com and is a survery company. From their website:
"Western Wats has everything you need for all your data collection needs- all under one roof."

This call came through during dinnertime so we didn't answer. When our recording came on, the caller hung up without leaving a message.

Caller ask to fill out a verbal survey, telemarketer sure is.

Received 2 calls from this number 3:30p & 6:30p. Answered at 6:30p to silence so I hung up assuming it was telemarketers.

Lady called and left message she was from Eric Mchenry and Assoc.did not leave reason of call..Name not listed and unpublished.

Got this call just this evening, at 5:58. The caller ID showed the number and Ogden, UT. I didn't pick up, waited for the answering machine to come on. No message was left. So obviously it was unimportant. Probably a telemarker, maybe?

Answering machine picked up. Female voice said "Hello"
three times.Then caller hung up.

Went to voicemail. Caller hung up in middles of his own sentence.
