How do I stop them from calling?
- Ask the unwanted caller to stop calling and put you on their do not call list (they are legally required to comply).
- If your number is registered with the National Do Not Call Registry you can file a complaint with the
FTC. - Block them with a call blocker:
Uniden DECT1288 blocks up to 20 numbers, plus Private and Unknown, with the reject tone, without ringing the phone.
Panasonic KX-TG106 blocks up to 30 numbers, plus all unidentified callers, with a busy tone, after the phone rings once.
JF Teck Caller ID with Ring Controller blocks up to 70 numbers, and can be set to always allow up to 100 to ring through.

Just got a call from this number - all the called ID said was the number and TOLL FREE. I let the machine take it and they hung up.
My phone number is unlisted and on the donotcall.gov list. I'd love to find out how these people are getting my phone number as I'd file a class action lawsuit against whoever is selling my phone number to others.
Been receiving calls from this number on my cell phone recently. Finally managed to pick one up today.
Cannot verify whether it was a call from Citicards or not. The woman I spoke with did not anounce a company name, but immediately asked: "Is Carol there?" When I said: "Wrong number", she immediately disconnected.
If it *was* Citicards, then that's not very professional. So I'm inclined to believe that this number is *NOT* "Citicards" as stated by the previous posters.
Postscript: As I was writing this, I got *another* call from this number. This time there was no one on the line when I answered.
