How do I stop them from calling?
- Ask the unwanted caller to stop calling and put you on their do not call list (they are legally required to comply).

FTC. - Block them with a call blocker:

A woman who did not identify herself or the company she represented asked to speak with the person who "handles the Columbia Gas bill" in the household. When I said they weren't available and asked to leave a message, the responded by saying, "there is no message, thank you", and hung up.
They called one of our non published numbers but ended up hanging up before they talked to anyone.
they said they were nsa gas supply but that company does not exist. I found the number is from South Carolina. strange clicking and phone problems occurred after that call. NSA stands for national security agency. South Carolina is also the only state that does not have wire tapping laws. I thought the call was strange.
when the answering machine starts the line is dropped
This caller keeps calling our office every evening. They do not leave a message. When called their number does not pick up. The frequency of calls amounts to a form of harassment. We recommend that this company immediately stop calling our office.
