How do I stop them from calling?
- Ask the unwanted caller to stop calling and put you on their do not call list (they are legally required to comply).
- If your number is registered with the National Do Not Call Registry you can file a complaint with the
FTC. - Block them with a call blocker:
Uniden DECT1288 blocks up to 20 numbers, plus Private and Unknown, with the reject tone, without ringing the phone.
Panasonic KX-TG106 blocks up to 30 numbers, plus all unidentified callers, with a busy tone, after the phone rings once.
JF Teck Caller ID with Ring Controller blocks up to 70 numbers, and can be set to always allow up to 100 to ring through.

so i called tmobile and they said that they had never heard of them and that my account had only been closed for 6 days. they had no idea that they have a hole in their security. these ppl have probably robbed thousands of ppl. o please take caution when giving out ur info. i have been a victim of identity theft before and dont want it to happen again. it is a scam. dont pay them a cent, dont give out ur info, and tell them not to call again. im reporting them but from the looks of the ages on this page nothing has happened to them. calling my local tv station to make sure.

This phone number called my cell phone; didn't leave a message. I called the number back twice; the first time, a woman answered, swore, and hung up. The second time, a man answered.
Exremely rude! Explained my financial situation and was told flat out I am a liar, and why would I get a cell phone if I knew I couldnt pay it. Told her I lost my job after I got the phone and she then told me "bad things happen to deadbeats who don't pay their bills". I replied bad things happen to people who threaten deadbeats and she promptly hung up. Apparently they are working for T-Mobile. Call T-mobile and let them know what deadbeats ER Solutions is.
I have spoken to T-mobile regarding this collection company.. (I have had T-mobile for 10 years, never have gone into collections, account has never been closed). They told me they do not call existing customers who may owe money. They send you text messages or when you try to make a call out, you are directed to their customer service.
T-Mobile said this is a scam, and to alert them immediately if you receive a phone call from these people. T-Mobile is collecting the numbers and contacting state attorney offices....
This company keeps calling me, and is now calling family members. We do not owe anything and will not give them any information. It is a complete scam.
They contaceted me and asked for my social saying that I owed a debt so I innocently gave it to them and then the lady said that I was a reference on a tmobile account that owes $47.84 I asked her who and she said she couldn't release that but it was someone who trusted me enought to put me as a reference. I told her I would pay the $47.84 so I gave her my cc# and was charged $500.00 with no explanation, the police and the attorney general are looking into this matter.
ER SOLUTIONS IS A SCAM! THEY CONTACTED ME AND ASKED FOR MY SSN AND DOB ALLEGING THAT I OWE ON AN EXISTING T MOBILE ACCOUNT,I DONT EVEN HAVE A TMOBILE ACCOUNT. SHE REFUSED TO GIVE ME ANY INFO UNLESS I GAVE HER MY SSN AND DOB, DONT TRUST THEM WITH ANY INFO.
This is a collection agency. In my case, they are collecting for T-Mobile cellular.
this apparently is a company that collects for T-Mobile. they called my husband's number repeatedly and what makes it doubly stupid is we are on Verizon not T Mobile and have never had service with them. Already have demanded they stop.
T-Mobile collections uses auto dailers to dial whatever numbers you have on file with them. Home,office,etc for a contact point. It will not leave a message like the T-Mobile auto reminder dialer does. Funny thing on this one I had paid the bill and brought it current the day before.
They just have this stupid recording and never a live person. They've left tens of voicemails... seriously.
This is a collection agency, and there naturally isn't much good said about them on google search
