Who Called Us

Have been getting calls from this company for almost 5 years. I used, paid for, & returned product, thought I had this resolved a loooong time ago!! They call every year even though I've asked to be taken off their call list, lately been calling several times over the last week (I don't have caller ID, some identify themselves, some hangups, some nobody there). They accuse, insult, lie, trying to collect $94 that I know I don't owe them!! I've been told: I'm a "lawyer", a "revenue agent", "I don't have a supervisor", "you KNOW you owe this money" (I don't), "you must be PRACTICED at cheating companies like us" (I'm not), etc., etc. Check out other complaint sites, you will find many more horror stories, they've been relatively nice to me!!! This harassment is ILLEGAL!!! How can we put them out of business? Obviously some people pay them just to shut them up otherwise how can they afford to harass for years?
Don't buy these products, use RidX for septic, and don't do surveys on line!!!!!!!!

FBK callers, Tel.561-253-1135, are telemarketers based in Florida. They call off-office hours. They do not respect the privacy of your home. Scam callers! They WILL NEVER GET RESPONSE from the people. The best way is TO NOT ANSWER YOUR PHONE AT ALL! Let's see who will get tired of calling & spending dollars for their phone bill. TZ, 3/7/2009.

Dealing with same issues as others have already reported. When I asked rep to remove my information, he smuggly said, "Okay, we'll call you everyday"! Has anyone used their products? Are they any good?? Is FBK a scam company??? I have a septic system and have considered using their product as they claim it is natural?? And, they also offer a septic system contract to cover problems you encounter so long as you use their products?? Love to hear from people who know anything about this company!!!

They have called me twice in ten minutes selling their product and calling on a daily basis

Calls at 8:00 A.M. Then they call at various times throughout the day until 9:00 P.M. From now on I lay on the number one button until they hang up. They don't take that too well. Too bad, it's all they're getting.

I'm sick and tired of these creeps calling me all the time on my private cell phone number (which is on the do not call list). If you want to put these idiots out of business, then join me in bringing the heat to bear on them. Here's how. Go to the south Florida BBB web site where you'll find out that they have an F rating (bbbsoutheastflorida.org=). Then go to this website (fbkholdings.com) where you can find out all about them, their history, their CEO (Gary Kranz), etc. Now, here's where it gets fun. Want to get a hold of Mr. Kreepo Kranz? Here's his number (listed on Google (561) 241-7154 3788 Coventry Ln, Boca Raton, FL 33496). I don't know if that's his home number or not, but that's what Google lists for now. Want to really get results? Report every call you get, including the name of the caller to the Federal Government's do not call violators website. (fcc.gov) The company can be fined for calling you if you are on the do not call list. All of this is good, but I believe the only way we'll get these creeps to really change is to bring national media embarrasement upon them. I'm asking ABC news to investigate their practices and to do a story on them. Help me get ABC interested by contacting them and telling them your horror story.

Stop calling!!! They have called six times in the last two days. Since I have no creditors, who is calling??? When I answer it I just get a dead line.

This is the same company as 561-253-1135. I've called them at the 800 number to have my number taken off of their call list, but they are remarkably arrogant and are obviously the typical worthless boiler room tele-marketing company that pays them more than picking cotton, which is done by illegal aliens.

They have repeatedly called for months. Tonight I have returned the favor by calling them repeatedly requesting them to remove my number. At one point, the lady I have repeatedly spoke with made it quite clear to me that she had already recieved my request and that I did not need to call back. I appologized for the inconvenience, and explained to her that it would take some time to process her request. She hung up on me..... I continue to call :)

These ppl have been calling me from several different numbers. 561-202-9856, 800-478-1767, 866-322-5544, 866-822-8574, as well as 954-725-6401 which is supposed to be a Publishing company. They never leave a message and I never answer unless I know who it is, because everyone else can leave a message. They've been calling me since the 4th.

We should all call them non stop repeatadly its toll free. Call 2 or 3 times every fifteen minutes 2 or 3 hours a day. we should post all of the numbers they and use them all randomly so they dont shut one down. we should try and find their personal info and call their private house repeatadly like they do. Drive them nuts.

I am on the Natl No Call Registry and have a message on my phone directing telemarketers to hang up. They call continuously. I called them back and the manager basically called me a liar, saying that I couldn't be on the registry. He then hung up on me. I called back several times and was once told that I should climb a roof and jump off. Great company!!!!!!

They've called me SIX TIMES so far today!!!! They call all day, everyday!!!!

I got a call at 0815 and again at 1213. I didn't answer but called back and did get a live voice on the line. When I asked "Who are you?"
She hung up on me. Twit.

They have called too many times to count. Out of fustration at not taking NO for an answer I accepted offer to TRY product. Suppose to call within 30 days...how interesting I did not get a call back for almost 4 months when they wanted their money. Said in original agreement shipping would be at their expense. Because not within 30 days I had to pay for shipping....$20.00. No way. Called many times..out of frustration made partial payment with 2nd one to come out automatically a month later. Received 2 calls beginning of March (07) saying I was late (payment not due until 9th. Wanted my card number again I said no...they said they had no record of payment although it had gone through. One hung up on me, the other send my account to collections. Collections call today 3/9. I told them the whole story and he said that the first payment had declined. Wrong...it went through. My husband called a little later and suddenly all the records appeared and payment had gone through and they just sent the finally payment through. My husband did not have to give the number again. They have terrible customer service and highly questionable selling and billing practices. I did report the to the Southeast FL BBB.

I've also been getting phone calls at 8 am, the jerk hangs up when I answer, there are other numbers that they are using also, 561-202-9856 and 800-478-1767. I LOVE THIS PROGRAM! I called back and told them very forcefully not to call again and anyway how can you work for a company that harrasses people and has no ethics. If they call again I'm going to talk to our local TV stations and try to get this on the air. Detroit has quite a few viewers. I'll also try the BBB.

These people have been calling every half hour tonight. I finally answered and they asked for my husband they wouldn't leave a message.

I've been getting calls several times a day for about a month now. I answer, they hang up...I call them, they hang up. I haven't been given the chance to figure out who they are, to tell them no or to ask them to stop calling. Highly agitating!

They have been calling me three times a day for three months. The first time I got a call, I didn't answer because I didn't recognize the number. Did a search online and found out it was this septic "remedy" company. After about a week of calls every day, I finally answered and told the guy I wasn't interested and asked him to remove my number from their call list. For about a week they stopped calling me, but then the calls started up again! It's getting on my nerves.

Calling and no message. Calling very early in the morning, too. We are on the Do Not Call list!

Message says, "Hi, this is paul from Dish." Even if you ask to be removed from the call list; they still call.

I have been getting repeated calls from this number for many weeks. I am also on the "no call" list! I no longer answer the phone when this number shows on the caller ID.

They call starting 6am up till 9P every day, and NEVER leave a message. Sun-Sat. IRRITATING!!!!!!!

I work midnights, and the first 2 calls, i told them to NOT CALL, that i work midnights and to leaveme alone. EVERY DAY i get a call at 10AM or so. I hate these guys.

A different person calls all the time. I told "Larry" that they keep calling and I say no everytime and he said "I haven't called you" he was was angry and hung up. I tried to call back and get the number for corporate office and the supposedly "manager" said his name was Jay. He hung up when I asked for his supervisor and he said he didn't have one. I called back and asked what the supervisors name was and she said Jeff. Then he was in the back ground asking if I was the lady that had just called and I spoke up and said yes. Then I was given to another "supervisor" who said his name was "Jim" JJJJJJJJJJJ coincidently another "J" and he seemed nice and I asked him for the corporate number and he told me 1-800-478-1767 which was not the corporate office. Just another line for them again. They are trying to sell septic products when they seem to be the ones full of SH!@#!!@.

This number calls every day. When I pick up there is no one on the line. If my answering service picks up, they hang up.

they called, i answered, no response. left connection open and it disconnected in 60 seconds. i called them. company is a marketing firm called SBK. gave tem my number and asked to be removed.

There are seliing cleaning products if you call them back you get and EXECITING OFFER

various numbers call me 3-4 times per day, even on weekends, never leave a message. all the numbers bring up FBK on internet searches and when I call back that is what they say. I am even on the DO NOT CALL list!

These people call at least once a day and hang up when the machine picks up. What a pain. The only "google" on this number finds them as FBK Products selling a product called Septic Remedy.

This number is from a company called FBK Products which is selling products for septic systems. They get you to say yes on trying their product and then send it to you by UPS with a bill hoping you will buy it and not return it.

I get three calls a day

I think this is an alternate number for that FBK Productions place out of Florida. It is like a cancerous tumor. They called this morning saying that they were FBK Productions and I told them to take me off their list, so they called back this afternoon using this number, instead. There should be a fine levied against this company.
