How do I stop them from calling?
- Ask the unwanted caller to stop calling and put you on their do not call list (they are legally required to comply).
- If your number is registered with the National Do Not Call Registry you can file a complaint with the
FTC. - Block them with a call blocker:
Uniden DECT1288 blocks up to 20 numbers, plus Private and Unknown, with the reject tone, without ringing the phone.
Panasonic KX-TG106 blocks up to 30 numbers, plus all unidentified callers, with a busy tone, after the phone rings once.
JF Teck Caller ID with Ring Controller blocks up to 70 numbers, and can be set to always allow up to 100 to ring through.

Wells Fargo Mortgage that are no more that a Roach you can not exterminate. No payment due, but they continue to call. They are also using other number to Solicit life insurance and to try to get you to refinance. Insurance is threw another company "Cirux" a third party that Wells have provide your information to. The guy trying to get you to refinance for your benefit is a lie and I told the idiot he was lying. BEWARE
Wells Fargo Mortgage. In the process of refinancing loan with them. Boy do they hate to lose. Only a few more days. LOL
We have been Wells Fargo customers since 1994. I used to originate mortgages for them! I make our payment on the 5th each month. The payment is setup in Bill Pay several weeks in advance. Last night, we received a call "reminding" us that our payment was due on the 1st. My wife advised that the payment was due to process that evening (11/05/2009) and reminded the service rep that we can pay anytime through the 16th without penalty. Once again, the rep reminded her that the bill was due for payment on the 1st and that we were "technically" late. We've never made a late payment pursuant to the terms of the mortgage contract. We have our checking, savings, credit card & investment accounts with them. We've had several home equity loans with them in the past as well. We've always been pleased with their service and have always suggested them to friends and family. Not sure WTF the deal is, but if I get another call next month "reminding" me that mortgage is due on the 1st, we'll be switching banks...

Showed as "TOLLFREE NUMBER" on the Caller ID. ... They left message on the Answering Machine, asking me to call them at a certain Phone Number, .... blah, blah, blah!
Fat Chance of that happening!
These imbecils call every day, several times, I never answer, never had any business with them, only once I decided to answer and there was no one on the other line, probably a machine which put me on quewe.
I do have two checking accounts with Wells Fargo, one business and one personal, but never asked them for any credit, or loans of any kind.
It's just anoying telemarketing as usual.
