Who Called Us

Out of Area called me on 05/04/2013 at 11am. Did not answer; they did not leave a message when my answering machine/voice mail picked up.

This illegal telemarketing activity is conducted by K-Designers, which is registered under All-West Distributors which is registered under Judson Enterprises.

I intend to sue them in small claims court for $500 per call, which as been numerous, plus $500 for not submitting to me their Do Not Call policy plus $500 for not placing me on their DNC list, which they no doubt do not have.

Called 3 times in 2 hours. Since I am deaf and us a TTY I can't tell them to respect the Do Not Call List

They call all hours. I've called them back and left messages to stop calling. Here's a little trick, when you call them back and get a message to leave a voicemail, hit 0 and you get an admin. She won't give her name but but transfers you to Justin Collier the call center manager. He hasn't returned my call yet. I'm calling him every hour, on the hour.

They are "Kay designers" and they pretend to be associated with a charity in order to sell remodeling services. Hilariously, they are too dumb to find a quiet room to call from. The background noise sounded like a flea market. If they call you, have some fun. Keep 'em on the line for a while and waste their time. You might just save some little old lady from getting scammed.

Male voice - He tried to verify the street that I lived on. I responded with "Take me off of your calling list" and he hung up without a word more.

Keeps calling & never leaves a message.

Called five times after being told they are violating the DO NOT CALL list. They are K-Designers (see their website with phone number posted). They are selling windows and siding - under the guise of "donating to charity" if you let them come review your house - what a *ing joke!!! That's why they see they are not "selling". REPORT THEM!

Lots of background noise and loud music !! Not professional at all looked up on Spokeo and it came back as a Telemarketer company phone number! I am on the Do Not Call List!

K Designers - scammers - pathetic

Heard someone mumble something about the gas station, and they hung up.

They are a home improvement supply comapny celebrating 30 years in service. They wanted to set me up for an interview in my home for energy efficiant siding. I too am unlisted

They actually knew my last name and street address! I don't known how they got it when it is unlisted! I asked them who they were, and they said "K-Designers" and proceeded to ask me if I was Mr./Mrs. ____ who owned a home at _______address. I said "no" and hung up.

I have a message on machine that I do not accept telemarketing calls, survey calls or donation calls. They always hang up. I let the machine answer for me, if I know the person, I will pick up. You may want to try that.

called the number back and was asked to hold for a representative. the phone was answered as K Designers, although on my caller id it came up toll free. looked back through my caller id list and they also called as K Designers with the number of 916-853-1214

calls 3 and 4 times a day. I never answer and a message is never left.

I am not sure what this place was. I called back when the number was left on my caller ID. When I called back, it sounded like a call center and I was asked to "wait for a representitive". I think they were selling something. I hung up.

Offering me a free Home Design Service??? I think they were trying to sell me siding for our house.
