I received a call to go on line for a cruise

I received a phone-call a few months back... I took the trip, and I thoroughly loved it. Trust me it is *not* a scam in any shape or form. They didn't mention anything about me "winning"...the cost is $798 with travel for up to 4 people, bonus vacations, and its extendable for a year I think. Will be going again with Imperial Majesty for sure! :-)

I also got a call yesterday(1-16-08) and answered the questions and was told that someone would call within 72 hrs. I got another call today (1-17-08) asking me to log into yoursurveyrewards.com to comfirm everything. I have not done so yet and am probably not going to. I would really love to know if this is a scam and if anyone has won and gone on this cruise. Please respond if so.

They said I won a cruise to the Bahamas. It sounds too good to be true! Hope it is true!

I received phone call stating that I had won a free cruise. They said to go to this website and I could even see pictures of the inside of the ship. I thought it sounded pretty fishy.

I listened to his pitch and was a very kind person. He was great too. i told him it's about time that my wife and i got to go on a vacation, even if i had to sit through a time share Presentation. when i told him that i needed to talk to my wife he told me not to worry about that, she would like it. i told him that if i'm going to give you 250 bucks just to get my name on a list, i had to talk to her. he told me to call her at work, i told him that that was not proper work ethic. he then interrupted me and told me that if i wasn't going to even give it some thought he was just going to give it to someone else! then he hung up!!! i was fully prepared to call him back the next day and tell him what was up and that my wife and i would love to take this vacation. oh well, i guess he lost!!! asshole!!! Same as everone has been saying. I think I filled out something.. a raffle or something, at a church festival. They will not stop calling saying, with an automated voice, that I won a trip. They use several #'s and I can't believe this can't be stopped. They call about 5-8 times a day.

This a scam from a company called Imperial Majesty Cruise. They call my cell phone claiming I won a cruise by completing an online survey. (3 family members have my number) They call 4-5 times a day with recorded messages that I won a cruise. DO NOT CALL THEM BACK. They use caller ID to verify that your number is valid. This confirms the number is good, and the calls get worse!

I took the cruise. They sent a different woman to my room nightly. I could barely walk at the end of my vaction. Ended up taking an additional week off. It was awful!

They are scams!! I called them asking to stop calling me, and they hung up the phone on me twice.

'Imperial Majesty Cruises' called and left messages TWICE on my answering machine this week, and now just caught me at home. I knew this was a scam, but now they are trying to charge you $249 per person for their "free cruise"! Ha! And, of course, there was the short statement towards the end of his spiel about having to go thru a timeshare presentation.. I DON'T THINK SO!

Yesterday, I did a survey for some random telemarket person. The next day, I called this number back... twice. The first time I spoke to a man who hung up on me when I mentioned the free cruise. The second time I called, I spoke to a woman who insisted on having my credit card number, which I refused to give to her at once. She then suggested a couple of websites, as she heard the absolute refusal ring in my voice when she asked for credit card information. $118.00 up front, she wanted. First she tells me "You pay nothing except port fees, we front the rest" and then she contradicts herself by asking me for $118.00 dollars. I shot a lot of personal suspicions at her, to get her measure, and sure enough, she seemed to get more and more short with each question. This is the mark of a scam artist, no profession or tact at all. This sounded like a woman alone in her home...no background noise or anything of the sort. This is a scam people. I got my hopes up for nothing. These pigs prey on the innocent and stupid, the hopeful...and I must say, I'm a lot more of the last two than I ever thought. Hang up when they call you. It won't be worth your time, or your feelings. Nothing in this life is free. Nothing. I was a fool for believing in getting things for free, especially something like a goddamn cruise.

They are rude and nasty most of them dont even speak english. They use alias' like Debra williams and Annie Walker...but when u call them on their scam they get very nasty...

they call every other day, today was the first time that i answered. it was some recording for a cruise line.

These people are punks who break the law. I have personally requested twice not to be called. Three FCC complaints filed thus far. My congressman and state AG are next.

Forgot to mention...the new phone was a Virgin Mobile cell phone.

I just signed up a new phone for my son and the first call received was from this number. Weird

Called daily starting last 2 weeks of May. It's always a recording telling me to go to the cruise site and enter my info that I gave them.

I had a missed call on my cell phone from this number. I called back and the woman said I filled out a survey. She knew my name, address, and telephone number. I did not fill any survey out. I would never give out my cell phone number. Sounds like a scam to me.

They called for a survey so I took it they told me to go to survey to claim my free trip to the bahamas via a cruise ship absolutely free it was for me and a guest well I guess that it was a scam because when I tried to find this said web site I can't find it I don't think this is right they only give you 72 hours to claim it. well I tried

This company has called me twice. Each time they called, they leave a message asking me calling them back. I am happy I search online before.

I was told to go to survey.com and confirm for two free cruise passes to the Bahamas. I had to answer ten questions to get them.

I have had numerous calls from this number. I have just called 888-382-1222 and added my number to the no call list. I hope it works for me and the almost daily calls will stop.

They have called me from a few different #s.This one when I called it rang fast they said it was Imperial Cruise Lines and someone would be with me in 30 seconds, I said Iwas calling about my boarding passes and they said I had to have a credit card or bank account,when I said I had neither one they said I could go buy a prepaid credit card.They said it was 118.00 for port taxes.

These peole MUST BE STOPPED!. they called me last week with the #: 954-351-0087. i called them back and told them to reomve me. no calls for several days so i said ok that wasnt so bad.. then today my cell is ringing again with another odd #: 800-441-6858 and when i looked it up who else was it but them same f-----s. so i then called them back and this time the first thing out of my mouth i stated im on the national do not call list. this didnt fase them 1 bit. he said something to the tune of you can either threten us or i can try to help get your # off the list. then he asked for my name. so i said why do you need my name, to take a # off your list. he paused like he didnt know what to say. then said ok whats your #, so i told him. i have also reported them to the FTC. so gl to y'all.

i get multiple calls every day. whenever i do decide to pick up, the line is dead for about 30 seconds, then i can hear the normal sound of a telemarketing company in the background, but no one says anything. very lame

A lady named Deanne Schmid called me to tell me I won a 2d/2n cruise transferred me to he director TOD Centeio and almost talked me into buying a $416 dreamy vacation package to 5 different locations and spots. I gave him my info and Credit card # he transferred me to the Deanne again they Almost had me till the lady gave me a telephone # 888 217 2620 where I would call for reservations before I went in for information verification and final buy... I search the # on Google while she went on congratulating me and waiting for the verification operator to come online and hit a jackpot of complaints and bad business records on ripoffreport.com speed read a couple of complaints and told the rep I am sorry but I would like to back out before the verification she transferred me back to TOD the director who talked me into the package by throwing in a lot more "free" nights and days and car rentals and stuff I told him straight out I found to many negative comments about the company and asked him for an explanation he could not provide any and was baffled out of shock and embarrassment. I informed him I will not like to continue with the purchase by this time the verification rep was online and asked him what should she do he asked her to cancel the purchase because the actual verification was not completed. I hope they don’t try to do any fraudulent charges on my card. I would recommend every one to be aware.
