Issues & Answers Network, a Global company attempting to contact "you", is the outgoing announcement.

I answered but didn't say anything. After about 5 seconds they hung up.

Called twice but never left a message

I've received multiple calls on my cell from this number. Never leaves a message! I won't answer because I don't know who it is!

This number called our house and said she worked the Oregon Department of Health and...I don't remember the rest. She asked how many adults lived in the house. She wanted to interview my husband who said he was not interested. She wished me a good evening and hung up. I wondered what a person in the 757 area code was doing representing themselves as working for the State of Oregon.

Has called repeatedly and has not left a message

Have called my work cell phone 4 times in 48 hours. No voicemail. Really annoying!

Called my cell around 6pm. Did not leave a voice mail. Called back and the message said it was an Issues & Answers survey, they left a # to call back if you have questions 1-800-234-7783.

called my CELL and left no message

He said he was calling to do a traffic survey, asked my age, where I lived and my cell phone number. he wanted to continue the call on my cell phone. i said no-if its a traffic survey why does he need my cell phone number?

Issues and answers called me at 8 pm on 7/14/10. Whats more amazing is that they were calling from Virginia a 3 hr time difference. Who carries out marketing research at 8 pm or 11 pm?

Have received calls from this caller for three years. Have blocked 8 of the numbers they use but they keep changing numbers. They always call saying they are looking for an Earl *****. Originally they were looking to collect on a lawsuit against this person, and proving to them that I am not this person seems to make no difference to them. Had my phone company contact them but they will not stop calling. Now they are calling themselves Issue and Answers doing a CDC survey. How many times to you have to say "no" before they get the message. They should have their phone service removed.

Just called me at 11:30 pm. Said it was something with Issues and Answers with Allstate. I said, it is awfully late to be calling, but if this number calls me again, I'm not going to be as nice next time!!!

No message left on my cell phone. Globel Research Networking, canned message, when I curiously answered.
I am on the No call List.

This number shows up on my phone between 9pm and 11pm and there is never a voice mail.

I received a missed call on my cell from this number. I don't answer phone calls from blocked or phone numbers I don't recognize but I am glad I decided to search above number on internet

I have been receiving calls from this number for a couple of weeks every other day. I never answer as a message is never left on my voicemail. I don't answer calls if I don't recognize the number. Finally, I decided to look at the area code (757) it was unfamiliar to me, and I have been receiving these calls on a steady basis.

called at 6:30 pm. i'm from new york i do not know. did not answer.

Called at 7:17 pm to my cell and left no message. I did not return the call.

they called me 2 time in 2 hours at 7 and 9pm. If they want to know about the health of people from Oregon, why the hell don't they call people from Oregon.

I had a 4 minute message on my voicemail of beep beep beep- just prior I had a block call hang up-not sure if related.

called 4-5 times in the past 2 days. Left no message

Have called and left no message 6 times in 10 minutes on both cell and home phone leaves no message and we have a Do Not Call Block on all our phones!!

I don't take calls from numbers I don't recognize. No i.d. cones up other than the number, and they never leave a message.

Called the number back (757-769-7127) and it said "Hello, you've reached Issues and Answers, a global marketing research firm". Recording goes on to say "if you received a call from us please be assured this is not a tele-marketing firm, nor an attempt to sell you anything. We are conducting a survey and want your opinion."

It's still unwelcome, in my book.

Asked them how they got my unlisted number and they hung up the phone.

Said they were conducting a survey on behalf of Oregon health. I went along with the survey but did not answer tho-thirds of the questions -- too invasive and identity-theft like. Next time I will not answer/block them.

didn't recognize number so let machine take it and they hung up no msg

Called 2 times this week, one hang up on answering machine and another when I answered the phone. I called Issues and Answers company and she said they were only calling farmers in Georgia and could not explain who would be calling me now.

They said they were the Center for Disease Control and was doing surveys for Health Practices in Oregon, asked if I lived here with someone, then said they could only speak to Him and if they could call back...I hung up.

Well...well...well...here we are six days after I reported this number to the complaint dept of the "do not call.gov" list, and lo and behold, here they are again calling me! I finally told her I had reported them to the complaint dept of the "do not call.gov" and to STOP calling me! They used the same line (i.e., calling about "health"). I will complain again to the "do not call.gov" place. Little good it does.

Called supposedly conducting a survey on "health." I said no thanks and hung up.

Did I plan to vote in the primary for the tenth congressional district in February 2010. I replied, yes. They would then like to survey me. I inquired how long this would take. I was advised ten minutes. I advised if it went over ten minutes I would hang up. She accomplished her questions in ten minutes. I live in the tenth congressional district in Illinois and she asked all questions that made sense for our area.

Yes, I received a call at 7:13pm and it was from Virginia as well. I called back it just kept beeping in pairs. beep beep........beep beep........... Similar to what you usually hear when your put on hold.

got 4 calls from this number within 3 hours today! WTF is with these jerks? I don't answer calls from Virginia. Hell, I don't even know anybody named Virginia.

I called the number back. Recorded message for survey on Issues & Answers. They did give a corporate number to call their Public Relations Dept 800-234-7783.

I didn't recognize this number, so I didn't pick it up but there is no way it should say Out of Area with a 757 area code since I live in Virginia Beach.

I called the number- a message said it was "Issue and Answers Network" a "global research firm". They gave their corporate number as 1-800-234-7783 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. EST.

She called at 9:16PM and asked if I had time to answer a few questions. I asked if she was aware that it is after 9pm here (she was not) so I informed her that she's not allowed to call this late. I asked her to place me on their do-not-call list (she seemed surprised) and she agreed.
