This group's idea of "sanity and reality" is to carpet bomb my elderly parents with autodialed abandoned calls and promote the same old emotional agenda of fear and uncertainty seen from the increasingly unhinged Conservatives.

Called from 757-333-0135 ?? If your phone number is new in the last year... they probably had it from the previous owner of the phone number. Just ask them to take you off there list and they Gladly will. No Worries.

Apr. 28, 2011. If you have listened to Christian Radio or TV this is a well known Faith Based Organization Led by Chief Counsel Jay Sekulow, the ACLJ focuses on constitutional and human rights law worldwide. Based in Washington, D.C., with affiliated offices in Israel, Russia, Kenya, France, Pakistan, and Zimbabwe, the ACLJ is pro-life and dedicated to the ideal that religious freedom and freedom of speech are inalienable, God-given rights for all people. The ACLJ engages legal, legislative, and cultural issues by implementing an effective strategy of advocacy, education, and litigation that includes representing clients before the Supreme Court of the United States and international tribunals around the globe.

It is a Good Organization to help bring sanity and reality back into our world... if possible.

I had forgotten I called them once a while a ago and called the number back to find out who it was.

NO PROBLEMS with this number.

unknown caller but repeated calls from this number

After a few seconds of silence when I answered, some guy who sounded like a crackhead Jeff Spicoli type comes on the line and mumbles something about American Justice. I hung up.

They have only called me twice in 5 years. I think that the attacks on our freedoms have escalated and I don't blame them for trying to solicate funds because litigation is expensive.

Geez, these people call everyday at different times! I have caller id and do not answer calls that I cannot id the caller's name. I wouldn't support them even if I did believe in their agenda!

I agree with this organization but I do not want to put up with them ringing my phone off the hook.

I answered the phone and almost hung up because there was no one there at first. Then a woman came on the line and asked for me by my last name. I asked who was calling and there was nothing. I had no idea who it was because I do not have caller ID. Dialed *69 to get the number. Have no idea how they got my name or number.

I have been driven crazy by their constant calls; at least every other day. My solution is to fax a page of bold print and a wide border to their fax line telling them not to call my number. Every time I get a call I am going to write down the date and time and fax them the page. The ACLJ law fax line is 757-226-2836. If they quit calling I will quit faxing. This worked once before when they started harassing me with these calls. It would be one thing if a person could politely ask them not to call and they would, but it just doesn't seem to work that way. I called up their number and pressed one to be put on the 'do not call list.' A day later I got another call. It is ridiculous that they can not remove a number immediately. I have never had anything to do with their organization, and they have no basis or reason for constantly calling.

Called back after numerous hang-ups.
Voice message says "this is the ACLJ". then said that
"if you do not want further calls from ACLJ, press 1 now".
We shall see if they comply.

Their harrassment inclines me to dislike their agendas.
Their behavior is criminal.

How do I stop them from calling?

  1. Ask the unwanted caller to stop calling and put you on their do not call list (they are legally required to comply).
  2. If your number is registered with the National Do Not Call Registry you can file a complaint with the FTC.
  3. Block them with a call blocker:
