Please help me figure out who is calling and what they want

This is a scam. They claim to be Champs Sports or Eastbay or Footlocker. They call about an order that was never placed and ask for your credit card info to verify the order. Don't give it to them!

They are legit. Thank you to Eastbay for calling to confirm the order I had never placed. Thanks to their due diligence I discovered my card had been hacked and used for numerous online transactions. None of the other companies my bank read back to me had bothered to verify. Thanks again guys!

This is a legitimate call from our company CCS, we are a skateboard company. If you are getting a call from this number it is because you have placed an order with us and we are calling to confirm your order or your payment method.

This is Eastbay shoes also (CCS.com) support group. Ususally calling in regards to an order that has been placed with them (Backorders etc.)

How do I stop them from calling?

  1. Ask the unwanted caller to stop calling and put you on their do not call list (they are legally required to comply).
  2. If your number is registered with the National Do Not Call Registry you can file a complaint with the FTC.
  3. Block them with a call blocker:
