THE AGENCY NUMBER 651 204-1329 CALLS AT LEAST 4 TIMES A WEEK. THEY DO NOT KNOW WHO THERE CALLING AS THEY ARE ON A DIALER. WHEN I ASKED HOW THEY GOT MY NUMBER AND WHO IS THE ORIGINAL CREDITOR. SHE SD THE ORIGINAL CREDITOR IS "SALT WATER PROJECT ( THE ELECTRIC COMPANY) THEY GAVE ME YOUR NUMBER. I ASKED FOR THIER NUMBER AND SHE SD "WE ARE UNABLE TO RELEASE THAT NUMBER AS THEY WOULD ONLY REFER YOU BACK TO US. i SD I WILL CALL THEM TO SEE IF THEY EXSIST. THEN HER FINAL STATEMENT. JUST TO LET YOU KNOW COLLECTION CALLS WILL NOT STOP. I SAID FINE AND DISCONNECTED.

These clowns call me every five minutes...I have had to turn my phone off and let everything go into voicemail. Seems like ever since I signed the NO BOTHER list, I am called more than before. I think my number has been sold??? Anyway, I have no debts, but, evidently, the woman who had this number before did...she is being called night-and-day by everyone under the sun. I tried calling a few back and explaining to them I was NOT named Michele, my phone number is unlisted and non-pub, and that seems to have been a HUGE mistake, since they now call me constantly. Out of ten messages, nine are idiots...is there any way to stop this harassment???

If you people would pick up the phone, pay your bills and stop being deadbeat debtors, you will not recive the phone calls. Stop taking advantage of these credit card companies when they loaned you money when you needed it. It is all of you guys fault that the economy is the way it is. This is a collection agency who calls, doesnt leave a message nor do they speak to you when you answer the phone. I called the number back and asked who they were and what they wanted, when they told me who they were looking for and i explained that i live alone and do not know the person they want and to please stop calling me; I was told that they can call and not speak to anyone if they want to do business that way.

I just went with a new cell company on 09/02/08 & was assigned a new number. Within 10 minuets have having my new number I received a call from this number. I answered and it just disconnects the call. Since then I’ve received at least 4 to 5 calls a day! No one ever picks up. If I don’t answer they call back in just a few minuets. This is so annoying. How do you get off the calling list if no one is on the other end when they call?

This agency a couple of months ago kept calling me and harassing me, so I picked up the phone and a guy asked "Is this Christen Bone?" I said "Who is this?" He said "This is John. Is this Christen Bone?" I finally said yes it is. He continued to harass me about paying them the $185 I owe. I got this creditor calling me because Sprint has screwed me over several times so I switched wireless companies. My whole bill was paid down but then they add on the disconnection fee or the cancellation fee, whatever it is. Since last month I haven't got any harassing calls because several times I answered the phone when they called and said "STOP F'ING CALLING ME". The wouldn't work out a payment plan with me. Keep in mind I make $9.60 an hour and I have other bills to pay. The guy John kept trying to negotiate with me to pay it now, pay it now! But I couldn't. I'm broke!
Now this is on my Experian report as a negative item. I put a statement on it saying Deliquency due to dispute billing.

I hate this company. They shouldn't be allowed to harass people on a daily basis!

They call my home five-seven times a day on average and ask for someone named Marsha. We tell them they have the wrong number, and they promise not to call again, but then we get another call within an hour or so asking for Marsha again. We do not even know anyone named Marsha, and we keep telling them that. I have gotten so annoyed I've taken to yelling at them to stop calling. They act all apologetic, but then they just call and ask for Marsha again as if it's the first time they've called. It's insanity. We have contacted the phone company and added call block and anonymous call rejection to our plan. They also call as 'unknown name, unknown number' by the way. I hope this will stop their calls. These people are sociopathic. I'm looking into filing charges against them. I have all of their calls logged.

You are being called by a collection agency in Eden Prairie MN called Viking Collection service.

There purpose is to find the account holder of credit line that is in default(debtor).
They use many skip tracing to find debtors. They will call every one connected to the debtor until they find him or her.

Examples may be family, neighbors of all the addresses you have lived at, business associates and especially work numbers.

Once they have found the debtor they will demand payment in full.

If you are truly not the debtor they are looking for consider helping the collector find the person they are looking for. once they find him/ her they will stop calling you.
If you are the debtor take there call listen to them discuss your options. it is in your best interest to pay you debts. your credit score is repairable if you pay your debts.

Your credit score is your official recorded reputation, it is used to determine employee selection mortgage and car loans interest rates costing you hundreds of thousands of dollars through out your life.

Never agree to start a payment plan with debt collector this will not benefit your credit score until balance is paid in full.
Ask for a settlement you could get a great deal. example: all the late fees and extra interest. $3000 debt settled for $2000

this number keeps calling and calling. i try to tell them the person they are calling for doesn't live here, but they hang up and call back later. i seriously am going to sue if this persists in the next day or two.

They use computers to automate and generate the calls to connect you usually to a rep that will badger you, harass you, and demeanor you about a debt.
This company reps are rude unprofessionally and use unfair collection tactics and you must document every involvement you have with this debt collectors and file complaints with the FTC ftc.gov I am currently in process of filing suit against the company for violating the written request for them to stop calling me in which they have failed to stop, 52 calls since they signed and receipt of my written request for them to stop. I have told these people over 2 dozen times in the last 2 weeks that the person they are trying to reach has moved to Florida. They keep calling more than once a day and will not remove my number from the file they have.

This telephone number has been appearing on my home phone for months. Finally, when they did reach me an extremely nice young man asked for a spanish speaking individual who does not live at my residence. I asked for my home number to be removed. Then they started calling my cell number. The latest call came on my cell phone asking for the same person as before. When questioned, they would not provide me with any information concerning their company other than they handled "personal business matters, and their company was not a telemarketer." What do they want? What type of information are they wanting?

These people will call and hold the phone for about 30 seconds before they say somethng. They have been calling for weeks and when they do ask for somebody, I told them that I had not seen the person in almost a year.

If you think they are doing something wrong, get an attorney. A simple cease letter should suffice though.

This number called September 21, 2007. We are a business, a learning center that focuses on helping children. Them calling to and hanging up is tying up phone lines that should be devoted to helping kids. It is not appreciated.

These people call me ALL the time. I may very well owe someone money, but I am making payments on all my bills, so I don't know what the issue is with these guys. I will NOT return a call from someone that does not leave a message and tell me what they want, I have limited cell phone minutes and I am not going to waste them on them.

Randy, let talk about dumb asses. A collection agency can call you all day long every five minutes if they want. If they talk with someone then the calling stops for the day and they cannot call you any more that day. The next day the same things starts over legally. You are going to have a tough time proving harassment when no one answers the calls. Only if you answer and they call again and talk with you twice can you take action.

It was weird they called me on a friends Cell phone... now how that cell phone number got linked to me I have no idea.. had to look the phone number on the net just to find out who was calling.. if this is going to be a start of a bunch of problems i wont play with them.. and neither will my friend that they are calling about me..

To "Z" - anyone that is a debt collector and is calling you outside of 0800 to 2100 hours without your permission is doing illeagal calling. They are only allow by law to call between 0800am and 900pm, unless you give them permission. Also, don't ever call with your cell phone. They can legally caputre the number you call from and if you use your cell phone then they have your cell number and can use it.

They are debt collectors. If you owe someone money, you probably know why they are calling you.
I called them & they had the right number but the wrong person. They said thay would remove my number from the database.

It appears that IC Systems and PCI are the same company and they are out of New York state. Keep getting calls from number that go back to IC Systems and PCI. Some searching shows they are affiliated and out of New York. Be Careful!

Once or twice a day... we owe them nothing, have no debts, no defaults or any other reason for a collection agency calling us. Clearly, they are looking for someone else. How to make them stop, that's the question!

They call at least once a day but not the 5-30X you are all talking about, I answered the phone and it said please wait to be connected and then it said Sorry could not connect please try again later dumbasses they called me! Plus I have no debt and an awesome credit score so who knows..Ijust got this cell so maybe the person who last had this number had debt all I know is they need to leave me alone!

They called said I have a Cell phone debt, I have no clue what they are talking about and they would not give info, but did know alot about me. I have no cell phone Debt.

I had a call today too, and called back. They asked for my phone number and after I gave it too them, they mentioned that we were late on a line of credit that we had. I think that it is important to find out what they are wanting since they are a collection agency (possibly a pre-collection since my account was not yet >30 days past due.) If they say that there is an account with them with your name on it and you don't recall that account, verify that your identity has not been stolen. In our case, it was that we were just late.

I have the same problem all of you have. I got my cell number this winter and have been getting calls off and on since. Never a person, always a please wait for a person. I think one time I actually talked to someone and they said sorry, they would change the info in the computer. Guess what, a month later, they are back at it atleast once a day.

For the last 2 weeks have been getting calls from this number on my cell phone all hours. This morning it was 8:10 a.m. They never leave a message. I don't want to waste cell phone minutes on bogus calls. I understand this is a collection agy. I do not owe anyone money. How did they get my private number. We should all get together and file a class action lawsuit.

I'm getting 5-6 calls a day from these guys... morning, afternoon, night. I've answered three times, and was told to hold for an important call each time. Once I was on hold for 10 minutes. the other two times I didn't wait that long as they're calling my cell phone and using my minutes! I have no idea who they are or what they want. Ridiculous!

They call all day and on the weekends and they call work places too. They ask for people who I don't know and hang up too.

These people wont stop calling my cell phone, and when I ask what it is they want.. They hang up. What can we do? I told them not to call my number and I was told that they would and they could as many times as they liked.

I believe that Viking had slipped up, they had called my parents house and threatened my mom Thursday 12th, this while I was at work,do i have a case file a law suit.

If you get letters from these collection agencies pay up or else, that is all they threats, the only really letter you would have to worry about is be actually summoned to court.

do some research about this company and how they get paid, for example, there base salry is $43,000, and for the top earners who really know how to harass you maks over 100,000.

I told him what my work schedule was and he threatened to call while I was at work, I don't know if he called or not, because I found out that collection agencies aren't allowed aren't allowed to disclose information about to others, he probably used it as intimindating tactic.

I think you need to check your state and federal laws again Olav the Viking. If a collector never talks to the debtor they can call as many times as they want!

This Company is a collection agency. They are really assholes and will call continuously. Best advise is to have some fun with them and waste their time. When they call, do not acknowledge that you are the person they are looking for. Simply say "I'll get them," set the handset on the floor, and go about what you were doing before. Log each phone call (Date, time, context of conversation, etc.) and when they violate the call frequency laws for collection agencies in your state, file a complaint with your state's attorney general and then slap their ass with a lawsuit.

These people are scammers. They claimed that I owe them monney which they could not name the creditor and said that its from year 2002 but still it was never reported to my credit report. Watch out.

6 calls a day for 3 weeks....they never leave a message, if you answer they hang up. asked them to stop calling and was told NO by a very rude lady. They called on Sunday at 8:18am

these poeple keep calling me, asking for someone, then hanging up, asking for a person, and mentioning an address, that while close to mine, is not mine. I have recieved at least 5 calls a day, everyday for 2 weeks. my next step is to seek legal action, which my attorney is fully prepared for.

How did i.c. Collections get my private phone number?

They called this morning at 8:35, but didn't leave a message on the answering machine. I had just finished looking up the number on this site, when they called again (this time at 3:00 pm). The caller ID says I.C. Systems, Inc. When I answered, a recording asked me to wait for an important call. I waited (because I was sure they had the wrong number) until a man came on the line. He asked for someone whose name I've never heard before. Definitely a wrong number. He repeated, "Wrong number?" and I said yes, then he said thanks and hung up. Let's hope those two calls were the last.

These guys are a ruthless collection agency, they have called 30 times today. All about 9-13 mins apart. I keep hanging up on them, they keep calling back

When I first answered the phone, the person said he called the wrong number. But he still kept calling, and now when I answer, he either hangs up after a few moments of silence, or a machine answers instead.
