Like most Windows & Doors companies, Ontario Choice is yet another telespammer. Been getting call attempts from them for months - their number is on permanent block. Obviously, double-glazing salesmen have a bad reputation for a clear reason.

Email the VP: richard@ontariochoice.com

I did, my email to him is followed by his response. I am pleased he CC'd "Mike" and "Ceasar" in his repl to me.

Subject: Your CSR's are unprofessional, ignorant, and rude.

Greetings,

I have submitted an email through your website, complaining about your CSR's. I figured I would email you directly as well. I am wondering if you condone CSR's calling over and over a phone number that is registered on the National Do Not Call List? I also wonder if you would condone a CSR from calling again once they are notified that the company is being reported to the CRTC, for not adhering to the law?

I find it utterly disgusting wih how your CSR's have acted, particularly "Fred" and "Mike".

I do hope to hear back from you and I really hope that you were unaware until now of how your CSR's have been acting. However, if you simply google your company phone number you will see that I am not alone, and your company is getting a worse and worse opinion.

Received a call from this Window Cleaning Company called Ontario Choice, wanting to give me quote on cleaning my windows. I thought these telemarketing calls were now illegal in Canada. Like I'm really going to get strangers to come to my house look around and let them in???? Wow, these telemarketeres reallymust think we have nothing between the ears.

How do I stop them from calling?

  1. Ask the unwanted caller to stop calling and put you on their do not call list (they are legally required to comply).
  2. If your number is registered with the National Do Not Call Registry you can file a complaint with the FTC.
  3. Block them with a call blocker:
