Automated caller won't stop calling
How in the "H" can I get these people to stop calling me???? They are calling up to 10 times a day now and it is really getting annoying!!!
Sick and tired of these idiots calling me. I just don't answer anymore but still in annoying!
I missed 3 calls from this number today, but they left no voicemail. I phoned back and "Kenza from the Order Confirmation Department" answered. I asked why they had been calling me & she referenced an order I placed yesterday for a product. She said she wanted to confirm the order and then - after telling me that the remaining part of the phone call would be recorded - told me that they would be sending me an additional, different product on a 30-day approval, and should I choose to keep it, I would be billed only $49.95 per month.
I told her that I didn't want the additional product & she said that if I didn't want it, I could return it within 30 days for my money back. I told her not to send it at all.
She said ok & thanked me for calling.

8-25/09 I received at least 3 calls from this number (626) 273-8210. Within a matter of minutes I also received 2 calls from 702-520-9174. I didn't recognize either number so didn't answer the calls - no voice message were left.
I received a call from (626) 273-8210 at around noon on Saturday, October 4th, 2008. It was a recording advising me that it was my credit card company calling and that they had a very important message for me regarding interest rates and how to lower them. I chose the #1 option to speak directly with a representative and was greeted by a male voice to whom I requested his name and the company that he represents. He refused to answer me at which time I then advised him that he was required, by law, to give me his name and the name of the company he represents - again he denied this request and instead launched into a very angry tirade that if I did not want the service I should not have chosen option #1 and should instead have chosen #3. I then quietly asked for his name and the name of the company he represents which caused him to fly into a verbal rage ending with him slamming the phone down on me. I instantly called the number back and after about 20 rings an answering machine clicked in which gave a quite garbled mexican name and I left a message requesting that my name/number be removed from their call list and the lists of all their partners/subsiduaries or face legal action. I did not give my name or number assuming that they 'knew' who was calling by virtue of their caller I.D.
