How do I stop them from calling?
- Ask the unwanted caller to stop calling and put you on their do not call list (they are legally required to comply).
- If your number is registered with the National Do Not Call Registry you can file a complaint with the
FTC. - Block them with a call blocker:
Uniden DECT1288 blocks up to 20 numbers, plus Private and Unknown, with the reject tone, without ringing the phone.
Panasonic KX-TG106 blocks up to 30 numbers, plus all unidentified callers, with a busy tone, after the phone rings once.
JF Teck Caller ID with Ring Controller blocks up to 70 numbers, and can be set to always allow up to 100 to ring through.

Keeps calling my cell phone. But when I answer there is never any one there. I've worked in telemarketing. I think whom ever is calling is using a predictive dialer, and has set it to allow for too high a percentage of dropped calls. Not very professional.
If it is Discover they need to go through their files and see that noone here even has a discover card.
I blocked my number and called it back to see who it was. The person answered the phone and said "This is oscar"
I m guessing DISCOVER card they also call under 623-643-2996 NON STOP no matter what you tell them
This is a Fraudulent group of idiots, dont give them any of your information. They simply search the web for cell phone numbers using resume posting services, take that personal information and then run a credit check to see what card you carry. After that they call you hoping to get your personal acct info and then the fun begins for them. REPORT THESE GUYS IMMEDIATELY! CALL LOCAL POLCICE DEPT AND TELL THEM YOUR CIRCUMSTANCES.DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR INFO. I called discover after recieving this call and Discover Card Services had no information regarding the call number nor the reason behind the call.
They keep calling me at work even after I told them that I was not allowed to receive calls at work.
I was late and Discover skyrocketed my interest and my minimum. I'm going with Credit Counseling to get it straightened out, but Discover calls NON-STOP! *Sigh.*

Right after my home phone rings and listen to my answering machine, no message comes on the machine. Then immediately after the hang up, this number appears on my cell phone. How are they getting my cell phone number?
