Who Called Us

I AM SICK AND TIRED OF HAVING THESE PEOPLE CALL, THEY CALL EARLY IN THE MORNING EVEN ON HOLIDAYS AND LATE AT NIGHT, I DONT EVEN WANT TO KNOW WY THEY CALL ANYMORE, NORMALY I JUST HANG UP. THEY BARE VIOLATING OUR RIGHTS, THESE PEOPLE JUST DONT STOP.

I WANT THEM TO STOP CALLING MY NUMBER IF THE CANNOT SAY WHAT IT IS FOR. IF NOT I WILL REPORT THEM TO THE FCC, WASHINGTON, D.C.

Message is low in volume and the speaker talks very fast. I have no idea what account they are talking about.

They called saying that I put my mother down as a contact number for a student loan, which I did NOT, and got my middle initial wrong, but kept asking for much information on both her and I, also had old information of my address, my mother told them they had the wrong number and proceeded to hang up on them...I believe this to be a VIOLATION of privacy and a scam...something must be done to stop this.

They keep calling and asking for a Stacy. I tell them they have the wrong number but that does no good.

Called for the Roberts. We are not the Roberts. Continued to call 6 times in a row and harass us!!!!

I was called by Shantel,she asked me if I knew the person who lives next door to me named Jason.Why are these people allowed to call people who have nothing to do with this company whats so ever.I don't know these people at operations division from adam and don't care to be harassed by them because someone that I don't even know owes them money.THESE PEOPLE NEED TO BE STOPPED.

I've been getting calls from 614-322-1696 & no leaves a message.
Once, only got one person trying to state that he was verifying employment for someone else. When looking up the number on Google I found the following information:

The man asked if an employee was still working here, then asked for the address to send the Federal Wage Garnishment paperwork. I would not give him an address because if it was from the Federal Government, they would know the address. He was very rude.. sarcastic and said ummm a lot...
Bad Bad actor and rude.
They should know the law about garnishment first before they call. They are not allowed to do this..

Caller just called our house asking for my husband, I asked who was calling and he said Jeff. He asked my husband about someone we don't know nor have heard of. Told them we have had this phone number for years.

Annoying caller. Keep calling all the time and looking for my husband. Ask her to leave a message and she didn't. What a stupid telemarketer!

Calls and leaves messages threatening to send a file out if they don't get a return call. Called my cell and work number. Have no idea who this is or why they are calling but I'll let them call until they get tired! Left msg to call 866-827-9670

I received an onimous and threatening message from a Britney at extension 60671. She was very garbled and she did not give any details about what her business was and why she was calling. When I tried to call back, the phone rang and rang and there was no answer or recording.

I just got this call at a business and asking for a Kristin when I told him there was no one here by that name he all but called me a liar and argued with me. He then started asking personal info like my name and other emp names. When I asked him who and what this was about he said it was a personal matter. He then went on to tell me that he had spoken to the "owners name " on 12/13 and then on 12/15 and that she had told him that this Kristen would be in at 6. i told him that was impossible that we closed at 6. Then he started asking about is this was part of a corp or ind owned, after I told him again I was not giving and info out he said he would call back on Mon and speak with "owners name". I called her and she has no idea who or what this is about. There has never been a Kristen here and how did he get the owners name? I have been trying to call this number back but it just rings. Has anyone else been able to call back and speak to someone? The guy was HORRIBLY rude and a big A#%hole. Please email me with any solutions megscheermom@hotmail.com

Caller asked to speak to payroll department. I told her that was me, and then she referenced a garnishement that was sent back in October 2007, that I've never seen, that she was checking the status on. She would not give me the person's name for "privacy" reasons and said the person she was referencing worked for our company...only said our company name after prompting from me. However, she was very quick to give me the person's social security number? I told her I was suspicious and if she wanted more information regarding the matter, she could call our corporate office and gave her that number.

Recommendations:
1. Use call block (service available from all carriers) to block their calls.
2. Ignore them.
3. Report them as harassing calls to your local police department. Criminal prosecution by the local Police is likely the fastest way to put them out of business.
4. Report them as harassing calls to your phone service provider. They are required to report and harassing calls to FCC. When FCC gets enough reports, they will prosecute.

They have only called once so far and I took down a call back number of 1-877-290-3987.

They have been calling on and off for months. I never answer the phone. I am still trying to figure out what they do exactly.

Called repeatedly...and I do not understand why I am not the other person they for who they are searching

This company calls just about everyday. When told the person doesnt live here they ask how to contact them. When told we do not know, they say how will we contact them? My friend who house sits answered the phone while we were away and she said that the person was very, very nasty to her.

They have been calling my home phone for close to, maybe more than a month, whenever I answer the phone they immediately hang up on me. Tried calling back and it just rings and rings.

Person keeps calling saying my name was given as a reference. I have threatened to report them for harrassment. When you call the # back it just rings and rings.

they called my house saying that my ex brother-in-law used us a reference i haven't not been in that family in 9 years

They have called my number for months looking for a neighbor that we don't even know. I told the man tonight not to call again or that I would call the Attorney Generals office.
The man was very rude and I think I will still file a complaint.

This number calls me about every other day looking for the person who last had my cell number (I got that info from verizon). Collections I guess?

They've been calling us every day for about two weeks now. We haven't answered yet because apparently they are quite rude.

Caller asked for someone not known to me. when i told her she had the wrong number she said "so you don't know her?". i repeated that i did not. pretty rude....

Caller asked for someone that I know, but has never used my cell phone. I asked how she got the number, and she very rudely said, "I looked it up."

This company has been calling for 2 weeks. Very snotty and sarcastic looking for information about somebody.
