Be careful, do not add your phone number to their remove list, they will sell your number.

2011-10-15 01:15:39 UTClesley

You called me, I didnt call you.

2011-10-15 01:14:37 UTCGeorgi

New Jersey police should be notified.

2011-10-15 01:13:29 UTCSammy

9:02 PM Sunday evening, come on.

2011-07-11 21:15:58 UTCEdward

Telemarketers harassing thousands of Senior Citizens every day! Thanks Obama

2011-04-10 21:36:43 UTCSJR

They keep calling even though the number they dial is always answered by a fax machine and it is obvious that a live person will never pick up the line.

2010-12-04 23:47:03 UTCMike

There is no reason to call scumbag scammers that shouldn't be calling you in the first place.

2010-11-15 02:32:45 UTCjim

br interview, do NOT call

The company in question is B R INTERVIEWING. When trying to call the number back, you get a voicemail that is full. If you want to stop the calls, the company # is 609-279-1600. Here are the executives' names: Paul Braun, President, Shayne Poole, Senior Vice President, David Oshman, Vice President Client Relations, and Winston Campbell Jr, Vice President Internet Operations. It took some digging, but the info is avilable from braunresearch.com.

This call came at 9:29 last night, waking me up. Since I had gotten up at 4:00am to take my brother to the airport, I was not happy!!! No one was on the line. No one answered when I hit redial.

2010-06-22 00:11:34 UTCb

called didn't answer, thank goodness for caller id, if I don't know the numbers or name, I don't pick up the phone, they did not leave a message.

2010-06-12 00:27:55 UTCANONYMOUS

When I looked up the number online, their website claims that they can call people even if they are on the DO NOT CALL list. When my machine came on, they hung up. They have a place to leave your number to have it removed from their list. I did not do that, as I was afraid to do it. If THAT is what one should do, then why don't they just obey the do not call list? I will report them to the government do not call website. I understand that we can bring a lawsuit agains companies which disobey our wishes! then they have to come to our city!

2010-06-11 23:06:56 UTCJack

I did not answer their call and will add them to my block this number list. Clicked my #### several times without picking up. I have been advised that removes phone number from their list.

2010-04-20 02:32:47 UTCDiana

I screened the call and never picked up.

2010-03-23 01:39:46 UTCJeff

You do not need to answer questions from this company or any other, they get paid for this, you do not. Let them pay you for answers. If they get paid for this so should you.

BR Interviewing. Said they were polling people about current political issues in our area. Very polite and asked if I had tinme for a survey. I said no and he asked if he could call back at a better time. Prbl'y the most polite telemarketer I've experienced.

2010-01-29 01:29:56 UTCJer

Rang first on one phone then another. Caller ID was blank. Answered, there was a delay of silence, I hung up as usual for me. The Caller ID display then showed B R INTERVIEIN and 1-609-279-1990 I have not received another call yet, about 10 minutes.

2008-12-23 00:28:00 UTCbonnie

No one spoke but didn"t disconnect either. I got a call just before this one ,same thing only caller ID said UNKNOWN.

2008-11-12 19:33:04 UTCKevin McCartt

The company is verging upon harrassment conducting business the way they do! Also are using number for personal harrassing phone calls and i am reporting to better business bureau !

2008-07-12 00:03:56 UTCAmy

It's a surveying company. They contact people on behalf of their client companies to survey them on services they received. Or so they say.

Just go to their website and ask to be removed: brinterviewing.com

2008-07-02 21:28:25 UTCposter1

I checked them out. It's a legitimate company doing telephone surveys to collect information on health and well-being. They use a random auto-dialer; so, you'll get silence and a disconnect when you answer if there isn't an operator available to take the call within 10-15 seconds. Hate those auto-dialers--they should be outlawed. Otherwise, nothing to fear if you get a call from them.

2008-05-30 00:56:20 UTCPatty

Asked me to "do it so she could watch" and then asked for a bologna sandwich.

2008-05-13 22:47:30 UTCs

they asked if the man of the house was in....I said no. They said ok thank you and they'd call back. They keep calling everyday atleast 2-3 times a day. No message and I won't pick it up.

2008-05-07 01:33:56 UTCJellicoe

This is just a company doing market research. No sales or telemarketing. They are exempt from the no call list. Just be nice and answer their questions. You have a voice.

2008-04-09 22:37:39 UTCpat

nothing but silence when I picked up the phone this is a new one for me

2008-03-28 14:24:55 UTCPhyllis

No one was there when I answered and said hello repeatedly there was no response so I hung up.

2008-03-11 23:55:25 UTCdriveby_poster

I started collecting the fax numbers for all of these outfits a while back. My computer now spends each Sunday night auto-faxing the Ken Starr Report (about 102 pages) to all of them while I sleep.

This gives these deserving companies a great start to their work week, greeting them with great library reading material first thing every Monday morning.

2008-02-03 21:30:06 UTCtoo funny

THIS WAS HYSTERICAL! She's doing a short survey and wants to know if I'm over 18, then "which body part am I most kind to--my hands, face, legs or behind". She SAID "behind". I said "you want to know if I'm KIND to my BEHIND?" And then the next question was "when is the last time you thought of being kind to your behind". So at that point I politely informed her (biting my tongue not to laugh too much) that my a$$ is my business, not her's and this is probably going to be the worst job she's ever had, so perhaps she should quit now and go back to college like her parents want her to. BUH BYE!
"be kind to my behind"...oh that's RICHHHHH!

2007-12-05 22:32:01 UTCdkgail

First, no one was there. Then a click click and a beep. They asked for the owner of the business. I told them that was not an option on my switchboard, they would have to call the office overseas.
Another beep.
They asked "Whats your name?'
I said" This is the switchboard operator."
The caller said "I said WHATS YOUR NAME!!!"
I said "Whats yours?"
Then another beep.
Then The caller hung up.
How odd. lol.

2007-11-07 01:15:44 UTCTroy

just a number on the caller ID no message

2007-10-11 15:46:25 UTCBecky

Just dead air, and wouldn't disconnect for about a minute.

How do I stop them from calling?

  1. Ask the unwanted caller to stop calling and put you on their do not call list (they are legally required to comply).
  2. If your number is registered with the National Do Not Call Registry you can file a complaint with the FTC.
  3. Block them with a call blocker:
