Who Called Us

I frequently order from Land's End, so makes sense if they called, but it was my cell phone they called not my home #. And hey, Land's End, leave a message!

This was a pleasant voicemail from Sharon at Lands End: a courtesy call to thank us for shopping, and please call 800-424-3266 if we need help with re-orders (my wife recently returned an item).

No message. The REAL Lands End wouldn't do this. I haven't ordered from them in almost a year. I wouldn't have answered even if I had been at home. If it's not important enough to leave a message, it's not important PERIOD. And for heaven's sake, don't take "Patricia's" advice and answer...that just gives the jerks a time someone is home and you'll get more calls!

A woman left a message saying "Lands End (Wisconsin based company) would like to thank us for being customers". There was a password -"hotdog"- to call back for some garbled offer......! No one in my household has ever ordered from 'Lands End'. Obviously a major scam

No identification other than phone number. Did not leave voice mail.

Caller left a message identifying herself as Lands' End Customer Service. She was calling about a return they had just received from me. If you want Lands End to stop calling - contact them and request to be put on the do not call list.

i dont know who called but it could make sense thta it was lands end because i just ordered from them last month.

lands end, not a recent customer but I have done business with them and receive their catalog.

Same thing. They just called. No message left. I recently returned some items to Land's End.

Calling to make sure order was received from Lands End and to make sure I was happy with item. Very short call.

Got a call from 608-935-6955 that I couldnt take. No message was left. Tried returning the call more than a couple of times but no one answered

Turns out when they called me, it was a lady from...get this...WEBER GRILLS! Must be the same company!

This is Lands End customer service. If you would just answer your phone, they wouldn't keep calling you.

Makes total sense that it's Land's End. I ordered something a couple of weeks ago. Glad to know; now I don't have to worry about who got my cell number & how.

Called me late in the night and woke me up! No message - Lands End would leave a message. We should all start calling IT and hanging up!

This number showed up previously on our caller i.d. Today they left a message. "Hello, this is Land's End calling to thank you for the order you placed with us. We hope everything arrived ok and met up with your expectations. Have a great evening."

Same as everyone else. Caller ID says USE, and they don't leave any message. I order from Lands' End all of the time, and it seems odd that they would want to annoy people in this fashion.

Got 2 missed calls from this number today. Also ordered something from Land's End about a month ago.

This number has called twice today without leaving a message. I recently purchased something from Lands End online as well.

Lands End makes sense. It said Dodgeville WI and I recall that being a Lands End address at one time.
I wish they would quit this.

Caller-ID said "USLE." They didn't leave a message, but I also had recently returned an item from Lands End.

Called, I answered and no one answered on the other end. Then they just hung up. Maybe it is Lands End - i returned something from them a week or so ago.

They just called me to make sure my order was rec'd okay and to thank me for being a customer. Sort of freaked me out. At first I thought someone had gotten ahold of my order record and was verifying my phone number worked so they could steal my identity.

I am getting a daily call from an "unknown caller" or "blocked caller" and one week ago it started with "USLE" and a "US Government" call. They left one message.

It must be Land's End - I'm a frequent customer.

Same as the others. I have gotten a call from this number twice with no message left. It makes sense that it's Lands' End, though, since I recently bought something from the store.
