Who Called Us

I'm getting several calls a day from Card Services --- 603-214-5314. Guess it's time to contact the FCC and my state's attorney general.

These idiots call at least five times a day. I counted and I've gotten 16 calls from them in the last week. They start at 8 am! I have asked to be taken off their list and I still get calls.

These people call sometimes 3 times a day, starting at 8:30 in the AM. I don't pick up when I see their ID. GRRR

IDENTIFY AND THEY TOLD ME IS WAS FRON FIRST BANK THE IDENTITY FRAUD DEPT.TO OFFER ME IF I WANT TO JOIN
THEM FOR MY PROTECTIONB, I DECLINE THE OFFER.

They are so annoying, were calling me on Monday 05/24/10 and today on Wednesday 05/26/10 again, around 3 or 4 times a day. Caller Id is: Card Services, number is: 1-603-214-3541. I do not need their offers, I am so angry, but they are continue calling and calling. I did not pick-up my phone today, no any messages.

I get these calls every day. I am so sick and tired of them. So happy I have caller ID

These folks called at least once a day for a month---leaving no message. I called back: it's a company selling ID theft security for Bank of America. I told them to take my name off the list. They said it woould take up to 30 days to do that. They then called back two more times today!!! I'm calling bank of amercia and filing a complaint.

These people call every couple months; I'm also on DNC list and have filed DNC complaints pertaining to these hang up calls from "Card Services". DNC is useless; however, blocking this incoming phone number is a great way to deter the calls for awhile.

These folks call every day asking for my husband. They say this is a courtesy call but won't provide any information...they want to talk with the "man of the house". I have told them not to call but they ignore me....this is pure harassment. We are also on the do not call list but that doesn't deter them. If we want a product, we will buy it. From other comments this seems to be Bank of America. We plan to pay off the card and cancel it at this point. We will never do business with Bank of America again.

I have asked to be taken off of their call list on several occasions... I even told them that we are a grieving family (which we really are), and they still don't give a sh**. I received 2 more calls that day, and again today. Heartless bastards are what they are.

On 10/23/09, the caller left a message imitating Darth Varder's voice: "I AM YOUR FATHER." Laughed and hung up.

David S... So nice of you to be so rude! It still stands do business with them and they will call. Being on a DNC list will not matter to them. All they want is to get more of your $$$. Hope you get 10 a day!!

Every time I use any of my credit cards I get these calls. Bank of America subsidiary also leaves hangups. This works really well. I have totally stopped using one of my credit cards. If I get one more call I am chopping the card.

Despite being registered on the Do Not Call List, I have gotten repeated calls from this number. It needs to stop. The number is registered as "Card Services"; with so many Americans being in such deep debt, and everyone blaming the government for the economic downturn in this country, these people should back off and STOP PREDATORY CREDIT CARD SOLICITATION!!

Since last year, August, we are getting these calls from same number, at one time caller ID said unknown name, after a few months it was Erroll, NH and now it sais Card Services. They never leave a message. We are on the do not call list, but it does not seem to matter to them. A real pain in the neck.

Mr kevin, Most of us are intelligent enough to know that someone we do business with can call us. HOWEVER, calling 2+ times every day for weeks on end is not acceptable. You may go back to your auto dialer now kevin....

It does not matter if you are on any do not call list. If you do business with any company they and call you. After you no longer use them for 18 months is when they have to stop calling.

These people are real A**holes. Just got yet another call from then it was Bank of America. I know they want. And that is for me to spend $$'s on card protection. I have told them many times I have all this done with my home owners ins. I once again told them to please stop calling me and the bitch!! hung up on me!

Is it my problem if someone hacks into their sys. and steals my info...? Hell no it is up to them to protect me and my info.

They call every day, early (before 8:30 am local time) and late (after 9 pm local time)...even on Sunday!

Constant calls, always hangs up. It's just a big nuisance to be disturbed and I'd like to get this calling stopped. My number is on the "Do Not Call" list. I wonder who abides by that and how these calls can be stopped. What else can be done?

Privacy Assist offered through Bank Of America, we are a customer of Bank Of America but I am ALWAYS getting calls from them trying to sell us stuff after repeatedly telling them to quit calling

these buggers are apparently for hire and will call for anyone. they were at this point "selling" funeral insurance. they have been duly reported to the mississippi public service commission and THEY WILL BE FINED! go Brandon Presley - PSC commissioner responsible for our STRONG no call lesilation and a cousin of ELVIS.

Numerous calls a day from this number, I don't bother to answer it. Will be making a complaint.

We get a call with the number 603-214-3323 showing on caller id. and I'm sure it is a rollover number. They want to lend money and when you ask them to take you off their call list they hang up on you. They are rude and obnoxious. The call comes in to my office business number and it is disruptive and annoying. STOP IT......... At the very least this happens twice a day. Reverse phone number shows Freedom Rings Communications.

Pure Harrassment. I was getting these cals 1 or 2 times a day Monday thru Saturday. I asked them to stop and now I get called about 6 times a day.

There really needs to be some legal action taken on this one. And, Bank of America should be ashamed of hiring these poeple to harass current customers.

Card Services - Apparently hired by Bank of America (in my case) to sell current customers services and they call 2 times a day every day but Sunday. I have called to be removed, but it doesn't happen.

must have multiple phone numbers.The number that called me was 6032143506. Reverse look up shows Freedom Rings Communications, Errol, NH so they m. Caller ID came up Health Associates. Caller said that my file shows I am eligible for a $1000 advance at 0% interest. After several calls, I responded. The person answering put me in contact with someone who asked how much debt I had. I said I wanted to know what my file shows them. I said that the phone message said they had determined from my file that I was qualified and eligible for $1000 so I want to know what my file says that showed that qualify. Again they asked me how much debt I have. They hung up on me.

After continued calls, I asked to speak with a supervisor. The person on the phone there is no way to talk to supervisor, get lost bitch.

For me it All started when Verizon Started to merge with Quest. That service blows all the way.

...After several tiring and harrassing calls a day to two or three calls a day, to no calls for a little while, and then back to several calls a day over the last six months, at least.... (and longer, all of last half of 2008 and throughout 2009 so far as registered). The times of the calls are repeated so these are obviously automatic via a circuit-system.

Almost all phone inquiries have led to someone passing the buck by offering other commissions to call (which I did). I spent most of three days attempting to rid us of these calls; however....something has led to less calls in the past week (March, 2009, first week).

BOA was using another marketer that I was successful in blowing off quickly.
They 're at it again. Scum bags. Legislation must be passed to stop the practice of

these people call me multiple times a day, every day. luckily i am not normally home during the hours they decide to harass me.

They call constantly at all hours, a quick Google search of their phone number let me know exactly who they were and what they were up to. I just don't answer but one of these days they will catch me in a mood when I need to vent and they will be sorry I answered the phone. I suggest others take the same approach...cheaper than therapy!

They call 3-4 times/day. I do not answer as caller ID says Card Services.

Have been receiving calls on a daily basis from this number.

I called them back & they answer "Privacy Assist Premiere." I asked why they continue calling & they said it's on behalf of Bank of America. I instructed them to take me off their list & they said it will take 30 days. I also called BofA and told them I am not interested in the service & stop the calling. They said it will take one billing cycle. Since then, they continue to call & more times a day than before I complained. After 30 days, I will report them.
Evidently, they do this telemarketing crap for a number of other companies so I suppose I could continue hearing from them on behalf of some other company!

I didn't answer call. Caller ID is Errol NH. Used my Block Number feature now for this number...love those Panasonic phones!!

someone from 603-214-3621 keeps calling me, in Portland,Oregon they call like 30 times a day, every day. when I answer the phone they hang up

They call once or twice a day. Never leave a message.Call all they want. We won't answer Errol New Hampshire. I love my caller ID.

They have been calling a few weeks about 2 times a day and hang up without leaving a message. I do not know who it is, I.D. says Errol, NH. I am going to add them to my do not call list and see how that works. I will send another message in a few weeks and let you know how well that worked.

Bank of America wants to send you credit protection. Don't believe it. Think it's a scam.

These people call at least 3 times a week and when I try to say anything to the person on the other line they hang up on me. I try to call back and it goes to a recording. I've pressed then phone numbers to have them take us off their calling list and they still call, ISN'T THAT ILLEGAL????????? Also a member of Washington Mutual Bank.

calls several times a week and hangs up. calls started after opening an account with washington mutual bank. may be a coincidence. filed complaints with fcc.gov and ftc.gov.
