How do I stop them from calling?
- Ask the unwanted caller to stop calling and put you on their do not call list (they are legally required to comply).
- If your number is registered with the National Do Not Call Registry you can file a complaint with the
FTC. - Block them with a call blocker:
Uniden DECT1288 blocks up to 20 numbers, plus Private and Unknown, with the reject tone, without ringing the phone.
Panasonic KX-TG106 blocks up to 30 numbers, plus all unidentified callers, with a busy tone, after the phone rings once.
JF Teck Caller ID with Ring Controller blocks up to 70 numbers, and can be set to always allow up to 100 to ring through.

Caller ID actually said "spam suspected". I picked up but said nothing and it went away.
They call asking for donations for different organizations, YES they are DO NOT CALL EXMPT !! If you want your number removed call them back and you will get a recording telling you who they are and other info! You can also have your number removed also , I called back using *67 to see who they were as not to give my calling info.
I picked up phone after 3 rings. No one on the other end, at least not someone responding.
This is another Michigan Call, They asked for my wife by her first name. When I asked who was calling they disconnected.These people are criminals, and I will go armed from now on because if they have access to my personal information, and no respect for the law and the present government will not protect me from them (as in the FTC under Obama) I will protect myself and my family.

Called several times and left no message. Last call was at dinner time.
Got a call from 517-902-0003 yesterday evening on our landline; 5/10/12 at 7:21pm. The female caller asked for my husband Thomas, and I asked her "may I ask who this is?" She said, Cancer Awareness Center. By the time my husband got to the phone, she had hung up. Should have thought if Cancer Awareness they could have spoken to me.
Called back to discover name. Claim to be from charitable organization and lets you remove number.
these people have been calling for a couple weeks now. they use different numbers every time, apparently to disarm peoples blocker devices, but that's just a guess on my part. these are very bad people, and thats more than a guess.
