How do I stop them from calling?
- Ask the unwanted caller to stop calling and put you on their do not call list (they are legally required to comply).
- If your number is registered with the National Do Not Call Registry you can file a complaint with the FTC.
- Block them with a call blocker:
Uniden DECT1288 blocks up to 20 numbers, plus Private and Unknown, with the reject tone, without ringing the phone.
Panasonic KX-TG106 blocks up to 30 numbers, plus all unidentified callers, with a busy tone, after the phone rings once.
JF Teck Caller ID with Ring Controller blocks up to 70 numbers, and can be set to always allow up to 100 to ring through.

Everyone...We too have been plagued by this group (MRSI) and I finally "think" I got relief by contacting my phone company, reporting the incident to our local police department and they will issue a subpoena to MRSI.
In the meantime, I contacted MRSI National Telephone Interviewing Center at 513-772-7580 (spoke with Tiffany) and she assured me we would be taken off the list. I suggest hounding them as much as they have us to finally get relief.
It's gotten to the point that I now keep my phone unplugged...This is getting to be on the level of stalking

Called me today.. I asked them "who was calling" woman stated she was from a paid market research company and asked if I was a smoker? I said no, she said "ok" and hung up. They call daily.
This number 513 562 1300 belongs to MRSI of Cincinatti Ohio. If you see it on Caller ID, don;t answer or just hang up. MRSI does market " research" but they do it it with arrogance and indifference. They will call your number rlentlessly , but never answer when you pick up. When there is finally a rea person on the other end, that person is a total jerk. When you try to have a civil conversation with them and explain why you are angry at their constant dialing and intrusion into your phone life, they become hostile bastards. Therefore, theyc annot be a legitimate useful phone marketting firm. They treat the people they call like dirt. Don;t bother.

This is a market research company The DNC list does not apply to them. They used to be a client of mine.When you hear about polls and opinion surveys they have been conducted by this type of company. They are selling nothing to you.

I finally blocked this number after getting a few calls and no message left. They called twice today, Sunday, within minutes of each other. My Panasonic phone now gives them a busy signal but I wish I could leave them a message - "this number has been blocked."

they call my number every singe day, multiple times. I called them and the recording said to email donotcall@mrsi.com and they would remove your number from their internal do not call list.

Calls several times a day, INCLUDING SUNDAYS, does NOT leave a msg. I am disabled and one of my disabilities is acute migraines. I do not appreciate suffering the pain of them calling my private number that is used for emergencies!!

Freaking telemarketer!
Started about 2 weeks ago. 1 to 2 calls a day. 2 and 1/2 rings and stops. Pain in the butt.

Hangs up after the answering machine says its message. Called twice today so far.
This number shows up on caller ID as "OHIO". Goes to the answer machine and before our recording even gets started they hang up. Funny thing, after I yelled at another telemarketer the other day.....now I'm getting this call. And they call up to 5 times a day, 7 days a week. I wish I could thank the person who came up with caller ID on our phones. I guess being on the National Do Not Call List does not mean anything.

Oh, darn. They hung up after only 3 rings. I was looking forward to picking it up, not saying a thing,
and hitting the # key 10 or 12 times quickly. That's how to get rid of robocalls, I've been told.
This number has called me numerous times, I finally picked up the phone and the person answered "sorry I have the wrong number." I asked who are you looking for? They answered, "I have the wrong phone number" then hung up.
This number calls at least 3 times a day and drives us nuts. We are on the "no call" list.
This number calls at least 2 times a day, as late as 9:00 p.m., Saturday & Sunday included. Just started about 5 days ago. I have attempted to answer several times (to get rid of them), but upon answering I only get a dial tone/hang up. Never a person or message.
I'd talk to the FTC, Chris. They're not happy when the autodialer of a business generates abandoned calls more than 03 percent of the time.
When I answer the phone, nobody is there. I generally think that this kind of call is computer generated and that maybe 1 time out of 5 will I actually talk to a human being. So far, no human has come onto the line but I have been getting many repeated efforts from the caller to connect with my phone. Seems like a waste of their time to me and it certainly is a waste of my time!
