Just started recieving this number two days ago. No idea who it is, just wish the so-called regulators were doing their jobs correctly and not at some well-paid politician's whim. Get these idiots back under control,please.
Recieved a call sunday morning at 8:11. I asked the person if they were a soliector and they said captial one. I have never and will never do business with captial one. I think I will have my phone removed.
This is the second time I got a call from this company. I don't even have a Capital One account. The first number was an 800 number. I guess I should talk to someone next time. If you do talk to someone from this place DON'T give them any personal information...if it's legitimate, they'll already have all that info.

9:49 am mother's day I got a call from 508-209-2334. It just pissed me off becuase now I cant go back to sleep.
so much for sleeping in on a mothers day morning... phone started at 7:45 am. ID didn't show anything. So I didn't answer. Did not recognize the phone nunber. Don't answer calls that I don't know the number. Figure they can leave a message if they want. This one did not leave a message.
Istn't there some law that they won't call until at least after 8am? or after 9pm or something like that??
