How do I stop them from calling?
- Ask the unwanted caller to stop calling and put you on their do not call list (they are legally required to comply).
- If your number is registered with the National Do Not Call Registry you can file a complaint with the
FTC. - Block them with a call blocker:
Uniden DECT1288 blocks up to 20 numbers, plus Private and Unknown, with the reject tone, without ringing the phone.
Panasonic KX-TG106 blocks up to 30 numbers, plus all unidentified callers, with a busy tone, after the phone rings once.
JF Teck Caller ID with Ring Controller blocks up to 70 numbers, and can be set to always allow up to 100 to ring through.

I dialed "1" to speak with a Rep. and he finally answered I asked him to take me OFF THE LIST and STOP Calling and the stupid guy couldn't understand why I didn't want to lower my interest....then he had the nerve to hang up on me!
Have been getting the same warranty messages as well. When I stay on the line and ask the person that's calling what company they're from, they hang up immediately. None of the three numbers they call from can be called back. (506) 226-4564, (506) 221-4567, and (506) 227-4568

It's *NEVER* the final call. I get 6 final calls per week.
For several weeks I've had the big relief of no telemarketing calls. Now they're starting back with a vengance. This is the second one this day, both from a 506 area. This one was a recording to lower credit card interest rates (and I have no credit card interest to pay), and the one before was the car warranty, similar to the one that plagued me daily for months upon months (and our cars have no warranty to extend - a 1996 that expired a decade ago). Now another call the next day that I didn't get to answer that this site indicates another harrassing call. I have been on the "do not call" list for a long time due to the car warranty incessant multiple times per day calls. Why the calls are starting back now, I've no clue but need to learn how to report them to "do not call".
This number was a recording for a last chance to lower interest on credit card(s). I did not press any numbers so that I wouldn't interact with them.
