How do I stop them from calling?

I Received this call twice in 1 day ... He stated that I could receive a free blackberry but I would need to change my phone number. When I asked him if he knew my name he said I was randomly chosen. He has an indian accent. Some idiots have lot of time on their hands!!
Volume of call was very low. I could barely hear him. I couldn't make out the company name he gave. He was trying to sell IT training courses. Accent sound like he was from India.
Just got a call... saying i've won a free phone from telus.. asked for my personal info..
Same people, claiming to be Rogers Wireless - you've won a phone type of thing - probably a scam!
They told me they were Telus, and that I won a free cell phone. The guy had an Indian accent, so when I started questioning where they were calling from, they said Mississuaga. I told them it didn't sound like they were calling from Mississauga, although now I realize they probably speak english better than half the people living there.
I also got 3 calls from this number, but I didn't answer it, glad I didn't.
These guys just called me ... to say that I have won something from a random draw from their database, they said they are Rogers Wireless
Fake Rogers Wireless call. I think it's a scam (someone posing as the company to get your info)
