The overdue bill was from a company that didn't bill Medicare directly, once we got that worked out they had already sold the 'bad debt' to CSB services. CSB will NOT contact the original company to check whether Medicare paid them for it (they did). No way to get them off our backs but my mom has passed away now, so I guess her credit won't suffer.

If you want the calls to stop, pay your bill!!

Why does a company who answers CVS systems,Kim speaking, come up blocked and call my husband 4-6 times a day?? That's odd the number is PRIVATE?? It's a business and it's private? I think it's an employee dating my husband who keeps blocking it. that's really messed up sezso

They say they are an collection agency but never give my name. This is the second call from them. I donot owe anyone money!

"Tiff", as a typical 'Pay Youse Bills' kneejerker, has not actually read the entries making better than half this thread, specifying that the collector places wildly misdirected calls. I suppose we should all hurry up and pay someone else's bill with no attempt at verification, else one underinformed crankypants will be personally upset.

Medical debt in the US is particularly crippling many people now, maybe worse than the illness or injury which inspired it. The insurers have seen to it that it's often cheaper to just drop dead. Oh I forgot, that's our fault too, for stupidly getting sick and damaged in the first place.

If a collector won't believe you verbally that it has the wrong target, you must turn to a "cease-comm" notice sent USPS Certified. Learn your rights under the FDCPA at FTC-dot-gov.

This company just called me for some guy named Eric zadori I guess thats how you spell his name, cause I dont know him. Ive been getting calls for this guy from everyone for 2 years since I got the new number. I mean this guy must owe everyone! Look, just stick it out they will eventually give up, they aint gettin any money from you cause its not you. These collectors gotta make a quota every month or they get fired!

maybe if you paid your bills or tried too they wouldnt call all the time.. if you go to the hospital you have to pay this is not canada if you dont like it move or pay.. bunch of complainers. you people sound like the prisoners in jail its never you its always someone else right..christ

This company called also. They did not tell me the reason for the call. They wanted my address and date of birth, when I asked, why," they hung up.I have no outstanding bill and have a high credit rating. Where did this monster come from, I am still wondering.

Call Obama and get him to pay all these medical bills.

They call and call(3-4 times a day.)They never leave a voice mail. I looked up the number, it's a health care/medical collection agency. My response to CSB Systems, call Obama and get him to pay the bill through our new Obama Care Health Insurance, otherwise go f--k yourself.

They never leave an appropriate message...sure I owe $. Tough s**t, they can come & get it from me. Credit collection agencys like this don't care about circumstances or even being polite. If they'd leave a good message or offered some payment plan I'd be more open to working with them.

They called my work number looking for my wife. I told them that it was a work number, that I couldn't take personal calls at work and no i would not take a message. We'll see if they call back.

This is a bill collector even though it is not you they are looking for they are so rude. I unfortunattly got someone elses cell phone number that owes a lot of people money.

This Alex Nunez called my work from this number. I have never been contacted by them before. My question is how did they get my work number.

Above other people have posted several numbers for this company including the CEO of the Company. Turn the tables! Call the guy at all hours and call him constantly. When asked why you're tying up his numbers just tell them they feel they can harrass you at home work & at all hours, so you're returning the favor.

Set up a fax stating they need to remove your number from their list in the largest letters you can. Use white letters on a black back ground. FAX 60 copies (pages) of this request to them each time they call you. Eventually they'll get tired of replacing expensive toner cartridges.

I use these techniques to get rid of another company like this it worked the calls ceased. Another hint, record the conversation with you asking to be removed, especially if they get hostile or threaten or make false claims.

They call several times a week to my dedicated fax number, which I've had for years and isn't listed in any way. I don't owe anybody anything, and I don't know how to stop it.

This company has been leaving messages which wasn't for me. I called them back and they were very courteous, apologized for the inconvenience and removed my phone number. Just give them a call they're debt collectors but were very nice to me and teh calls stopped.

I would like an itemized copy of the statement, where it shows I still owe $33.94. I feel that my secondary Insurance was not contacted. I show my MEDICARE CARD ALONG WITH MY UnitedHealth Card when I go in to Scottsdale Healthcare-Osborn.

received an automated message from: Collection Service Bureau; said if I am not the party they are looking for to enter a digit on the phone to have my number removed; entered digit and recording still continued to play.

These guys have been pestering my home phone line for 8 months now and they won't stop. They are attempting to collect a debt for someone I have never heard of, nor have they ever had my home phone #. Identical to 90% of these posts. I can't stand it. They leave messages all the time on my home voicemail, yet their company does not have a voicemail box to leave messages after hours. When I get home from work to phone them to remove my name off the list, they are closed. I am going to contact the AG and FTC as well.

This has been going on for almost a year and the
calls come in 6 to 7 day intervals. They ask
for a woman named Anna Hughes. Telling them they
have the wrong number is fruitless since their
peanut brain intelligence prompts them to say,
well do you have her new number? If it wasn't
so annoying it would be hilarious.

I work until 3 AM and do not appreciate having a
bunch of mindless nitwits interrupting my sleep.
I am tired thanks to these dumb asses.

Aside from that, my Son is still back east and
the number they are calling is the number I have
ONLY for my SON....matter of fact, it is noted by
my orders on my phone Records that not even Qwest
should under any circumstances ever call that number.

I am 68 years old and in my entire life I can honestly
say I have never encountered such a group of dense
assholes!

I asked for their address today and got it, it coincides
with the ones listed here. I am going to send them a
Letter of Intent,(certified RR). Will give them the usual
2 weeks to comply...if I get one single call, off to file a
Complaint for harassment and will also file with the AG.

These people need to be taught a lesson and the only way
it will hurt is via their wallet...nothing else seems to stop
them. It is pure harassment.

Personally, I am going to file a complaint with
the Arizona Attorney General's office. This is
deliberate harassment.

Despite the fact that this past Monday (10/22/2007)
these pigs assured me that my number was removed from
their system...they called and woke me up again this
morning (October 27, 2007).

Add another one to the list! I get calls from them daily. I don't owe anyone except a local bank loan that is paid faithfully. This is on a recently purchased pay-as-you-go cell phone too.

They continue to call every day - for someone???But you cannot call them back to stop!

Have gotten many calls from this number to. I have told them as well that I am not the person they are looking for. They asked me if I had a contact number for them. I said do I sound like I know who the hell they are? They stopped for about 2 weeks now they started up again.

They called me too It may be related to a medical bill I'm aware of, but I made a payment arrangement. I will not call the automated message and they need to leave specific info.

I, too, have received this number showing up on my cell phone and the caller never leaves a message. Tonight at 6:37, I finally answered the phone from the number. The caller asked for someone I don't know. She said she would take the number off of their calling list. I use my cell phone for work and do not answer the phone while in meetings, so I've missed the several prior calls from this number. I've had this cell number since 2002!

Hello Everyone! I am a lawyer and I deal with harrassment. Here is the number to call to get these people off your back. If you do owe collections then this won't help. If you dont then call 1-800-824-4889 Ask for the supervisor Tracy. She will take you off the list if you give her the number. Tell her you have reported this company to the FCC and local better business agency, and that you have documentation of getting calls in the middle of the night. I have the documentaion..and enough is enough.

I'm receiving the same call... i never got any letter saying i owe money to someone.. I guess I'm going to try to call them, but of course they don't work labor weekend.

At least 15 hang ups a day. Apparently if you deal with them in the past they assume you know the world. This is a bottom feeder collection company employed by many business's who have less then perfect billing and practice procedures. Half these..............persons speak pigdeon English at best. I have never done any business with this company and to date am current on all of my present accounts. This company calls me daily, numerous times.

Called the church I attend and left me a message with the secratary. How did they get my church number and know I even go to that church? Very Strange.

They called me repeatedly and even when I told them I was NOT the person they were calling for, they called me AGAIN. I ended up calling them saying someone from their company called my number (left no message and like others, it SAYS ON MY VM WHO THEY ARE CALLING!) and this is my cel I have no idea what it is regarding. They told me the person they were looking for, (again I told them that isn't me and I do NOT know that person). They said they would take my number OFF their contact list. Is it SO hard to gather that people who owe debt or might incure debt, would maybe give out bogus info? I've had the same cel number for over two years so I know no one else has had it... GAH!

automated message from 480-4672355 or 866-7680804. Found out they're a collection agency. No info what is owed or to whom. They should mail a letter with more info-stop the phone calls.

Caller asked for someone I never heard of, hung up immediately when I said I knew no one of that name.

CSB Systems is a Collection agencey who collects debts on behalf of Banner Mesa Medical Center (Among others as well)

I have had the same problem with these guys. Not sure what they are thinking. My voice mail tells them who I am.
