How do I stop them from calling?
- Ask the unwanted caller to stop calling and put you on their do not call list (they are legally required to comply).
- If your number is registered with the National Do Not Call Registry you can file a complaint with the FTC.
- Block them with a call blocker:
Uniden DECT1288 blocks up to 20 numbers, plus Private and Unknown, with the reject tone, without ringing the phone.
Panasonic KX-TG106 blocks up to 30 numbers, plus all unidentified callers, with a busy tone, after the phone rings once.
JF Teck Caller ID with Ring Controller blocks up to 70 numbers, and can be set to always allow up to 100 to ring through.

I think I have a really smart caller ID! It showed FRAUD CALL and then this 425 number. Of course there was no message.
Credit Card intrest rate call. Called my cell phone. Annoying
Get yourself a whistle or an air horn. When you answer and speak to "Card Services" blow away!!! These people ought to be shot.
This guy is using an Asterisk based system for scamming/telemarketing. Shameful.
Claimed to be related to my credit card. Didn't specify which company they're with. Fraud.
Credit card scam from "Card Services". Probably a spoofed number. Cannot get any info from live person. They just hang up. Do not call back and use their 'opt out option'. That only confirms that you are a live number.
Starts out with a recorded message from "heather at card services" - the worst problem is that they called my CELL!!! I am on the do not call list and still have been getting this on my land line and now the CELL??? Supposedly they give the option to discontinue calls but that has never worked. Waited to talk to their person and told them that I couldn't tell them anything until they told me who they worked for and got hung up on. This has got to stop.
caller said they were from my bank and to call them to receive a lower interest rate... they didnt say on what it was 6.9 % but when they person answered sounded like 3rd world country chineese or somthing or the sort then they hung up
Pre-recorded message from "Account services" re: lowering credit card rate. Telemarketing or scam. :-(
Sounds like it was CC Services calling again. Why can't they be stopped!
Time for them to honor do not call
Hung up when I answered as a business entity.
Thanks for the info everyone. left no message, and I'm sure it wans't important.
I called this number back when their recorded message from Heather started about my credit card. They will answer - another recording - and thank you for responding but if you want to be on their 'DO NOT CALL' list enter your 10 digit number and press #. This will put you in a circle of "press 1 if right or 2 if wrong" and your number is never read back.
"Heather" wants to 'lower' the interest rates on my non-existent credit cards!
Called my cel. I never answer unknown numbers, so let it go to voicemail. Big surprise, they didn't leave a message.
Caller ID said "Kirkland, WA". A recorded message said that it was "Heather" from "Account Services". I pressed "1" and a female voice said it was "Credit Card Services". She refused to identify herself and she refused to give her address. She would say "Orlando, Florida", and when I asked if she meant that she was in Orlando, Florida, she would repeat that she was "in one of our call centers". When I insisted that she tell me where she was, she hung up.
Hung up when I answered
pre recorded voice, good news you can lower your interest rate, I hung up.
When you call back you are asked to press one to no longer receive these calls. I think it is actually a trigger to start calling more, as they now know it is a real phone.
I listened to the recorded speech about lowering my interest rates on my credit cards (which I don't have any of) and then pressed 1 to talk to an agent....the foreign agent answered and I asked her to take me off of their calling list and she promptly HUNG UP ON ME!!!
I answered the phone and said HI customer service. There was silence then they hung up.
