423-467-6999, shows up as Associates Commerce on caller ID, appears to be a collector for Home Depot Accounts.

Receive four to five call a day from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm

For those that get hung up on when they get a call, it's probably an automated call checking to see if someone answers the phone. The number is then added to the sheet a rep needs to call for the next day. It seems their system has a lot of erroneous numbers though. They probably do a bulk search for any number that matches the name or some other piece of information on file.

they called and call and call no message. Then find out from others this is Citi Bank calling. so how does this large company get away with being able to Harass people and get away with it? This country has no concern for Joe Public. I am on the do not call list and I am wondering does that list work. ??

Yeah, CitiCard phoned me about 7 times in a row last night (literally with no gap in between calls) and demanded to speak to my father. When I said he was out and offered to take a message, the woman started asking me a lot of questions and started getting really pushy. Even after I had asked her to try again tomorrow (it was about 9pm at night and my mother was sleeping as she had to be up very early the next morning) she left it about 5 mintes and phoned again. Terrible service... we don't even owe them money or anything, I don't see why they can't just leave a message like any other company and allow us to get back to them in our own time :(

These people called this time less than a minute apart. on my CELL no less. and I am current with both of my accounts through Citi Bank (Sears and Home Depot)

Got a call from this number and they said that they were calling from Home Depot also named Citi Group (which is what shows up on the caller ID) and one other store. I don't have an account with the places named and told them so. The odd thing was that they knew who I was and clearly were able to easily access my information while I was talking with them. They also verified the last 5 digits of my social security (which was dumb of me). Now I am worried that this was an identity theft scam that I gave out too much info to. I looked up the phone number and found out that its a land line out of Kingspoint TN through United Inter-Mountain Telephone Company.

I am going to call Experian and make sure that my credit is in tact, but wanted to post a warning here that I think that this may be an identify theft scam.

They keep calling daily, and leave no messages. It is getting very annoying. I don't answer phone calls from callers with unavailable or not provided on the caller ID. If they were reputable, they would have more identifiable information on the caller ID.

They call at least 3-4 times a day and never leaves a message. This is harrassment.

I missed ONE $13 payment by 4 days and they are calling already!?!? OMG!!!!! So glad I'm paying them off in 2 weeks!

I do not answer any unidentified calls. Had I known it was citi bank I would have answered only to get a valid people answering phone number. I have been tying to contact them about my account for three or four months. I cannot make a payment because their computer has erroneously and arbitrarily locked my online account(i am disabled and going to a store would be a hardship). Customer service told me not to make any more payment until they fixed the problem. Every number I have called has answered with a recorder asking me to leave a msg. I have yet to get a call back. At least from a phone identified as Citi Bank etc.

This # keeps calling our work and wasting our time. We have caller ID so now we have it set to go right to out answering machine. When it goes to the answering machine it never leaves a message, when we tried answering it sits there forever with no one there or pauses then hangs up in 3 seconds. We do not know if they are trying to get ahold of a former or current employee but they can not keep calling and hanging up, that is a for of harassment and they should not keep calling and never leave a message. If they would just leave a message we could figure out what or who they want.

Received first call on 12/15/07 and second call today, 12/17/07 @ 10 am PST. I called the number that appeared on caller ID and immediately got a recording about the call being monitored then transferred right away to representative named David. He said that they were calling about a Citibank Home Depot account.

I do not have any such account and he informed me that he could not find my phone number in their database, either. He politely and professional explained that the number was probably in the automated call system erroneously and that he removed it.

He mentioned that I might get another call today since the system updates at night, but if I get a call tomorrow either answer or call them back so that they can investigate what account the number has been linked with.

I started recieiving calls from this number several days ago. Called back today and found out my ex-wife used my phone number for her Home Depot account.

recived a phone call thats howed up on the caller ID as from Kingsport, Tn - when i returne dteh call uit was automated. So I Just hung up

When you're on DO NOT CALL list, it's for telemarketing, NOT bill collectors. Bill collectors will call rather you on the do not call list or not.
They call my office looking for someone who owes them money for Home Depot.

I had recieved two calls so I called the number back. They just said that someone opened a Home Depot account using my phone numbers. He took my number off their account.

This is Citibank collections department. They hold the charge accounts for Home Depot and other retail stores. They use outdated phone numbers from original credit application forms years ago. Their automatic dialer will hang up on you if you answer and there is no employee available at that exact time. Call your local Citibank branch and put them to work getting you an 800 number to get off their auto-dialer. e.g. To get off Home Depot's Citibank auto-dialer, call (800)677-0232 and when it prompts for your credit card number, press zero each time. Don't you pay the long distance charges that they want you to pay by calling the number on the Caller-ID, because they will put you into a recorder and into a wait cue for a LONG time - at your expense!

I got 2 phone calls from this number today. The didn't leave a message but I called back and got through to someone who said it was for Citibank/Home Depot credit card. I told him I didn't have one and he said he'd transfer me to customer service to have my # taken off. The next person picked up and asked why I was transferred. I told him they called me and I didn't have their credit card. He asked if I was married or knew anyone who had one and may have put me as a secondary card user. I told him no, my father has one but I am not a user on it. He asked for my # and then told me nothing comes up under it. He then asked for my father's number. I gave it to him and he said that my dad was the only user on that account. He then asked for my complete social security number. I told him I wasn't comfortable sharing that information and he told me I should check my credit report b/c someone may have put my number as their contact info or some shit. I check it tonight and I don't have anything showing up under citibank or home depot or any of those fucking stores the guy mentioned. I will be calling Home Depot corporate offices tomorrow to verify. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION!!!

These morons call 3 times a day for the last 3 weeks. One message left about Citicard/Home Depot. I have neither card. Say it is not a sales call.

I got a recording when I answered to wait for a customer service rep. When they did come on the phone they said that they were from "Citicards" and they handle the Radio Shack accounts. I told them they we had paid before the due date and "Andrew" said that there was a system problem and they were re-downloading the tapes and it should all be cleared up by Friday. Thank goodness I checked my checkbook and didn't give them any personal info.

This is an unknown credit collector from Midway Tennesse. Caller ID says: Tennesse Call. No messages are left. when I called back they tried to process me for a past due charge acct.

Don't understand why they arecalling. Do not have a home depot, lowe's or any other kind of card.

The voicemail said it was CitiCard and that it was not a sales call but we do not have any credit or charge cards so I don't see how it could have been anything but a sales call.

NO MESSAGE LEFT FROM THIS CALLER. Wish that they would at least leave a message so that I could return there call. If its Home Depot billing which is thru Citi Bank, they start calling if the payment is a day late, no wonder home depot is going under.

another company that calls about 40 times a day..when u dont answer they have there coworkers call then tey call on the second line..unreal! they call as late at 10pm and early as 7

You don't have to have an account with Citi Commerce. They are the underwriters for many other accounts. If they are calling, you must owe money to someone.

I keep getting automated messages from this phone number. The message says it's CitiCard and they are phoning about my account, however I have no account with CitiBank. They probably have the wrong number!

I'm glad I found this website because I know I'm not alone with this evil caller ID #. I get a call from them every day for the last week, very annoying. They never leave a message, when I call back it says "This call may be recorded" and I just hang up since they don't bother leaving a message. I wish they would leave me alone.

I called the number back, they said it was the previous owner of my phone number they were trying to contact. They said they took my number off the list - we'll see if they actually did. At least they were very nice about it.

They call asking for someone who doesn't own this phone! I tell them, but they keep calling! Irritating.

I don't own any of the credit cards mentioned so therefore they don't need to call me, if anything THEY OWE ME MONEY. I am also on the do not call list and would like for them to stop calling.

I am deeply troubled by these calls...I am disabled and often struggle to get to the phone only to answer and no one is there.They also use another number to call and they do show the Citibank name...this seems exceptionally deceptive.

Very annoying to hear from them every when we do not have a Citibank card.

This sounded very much like a collections call as they tried to get as much information as possible by the previous owner of my number. (transferred to me some years ago)

The caller ID is for "Not Provided". If they identified themselves as "Citibank" I would be more inclined to answer.

I get this call 3 tmes aday. My caller "ID" displays "unknown name", every time i'm hung up on. I dont owe any creditors moneyandwould lke to see who they are calling for and let them know they have he wrong number.

this is an automated call from a credit card company, i.e. Home Depot, Lowes, Best Buy, they call about your account if you are past due, so if you get this call, and were hung up on.... YOU OWE MONEY. Even if you are on the do not call list, it doesn't matter, you are past due on your account, and you gave them permission to call when you received credit from them. Hope this helps.
