This foghorn 'this is your captain calling' BS scam crap is SOOOOO OLD! It's been going on for well over a year. They call my office & now they have my cell number- I mark the number as 'Ignore on caller ID & that's what I do.
Yeah, right Roger Dodger- guess you're employed by these scammers.
Folks- don't fall for this garbage & DON'T GO TO ANY WEBSITES, you just verify your existance.

2009-07-17 19:15:45 UTCJOAN

We keep getting calls from this number. Call disconnects when answering machine picks up. Does anyone know who this is or how to get them to STOP calling?! When I try to call number back to request that my number be removed from list, I get a recording saying the number is not valid? I don't know what else to do.

2009-07-10 20:25:39 UTCMarilyn

I wasn't home to answer.

2009-07-10 18:05:37 UTCannavay

called, did not leave a message

2009-07-08 18:38:23 UTCBarb

I was not home to answer this so called them back. I got a message that said the number I had dailed was incorrect. Hmmm I just pressed redial so how could it be incorrect? Must be a scam.

Cell phone PA showed on caller ID. Message left was an automated message to give tickets away to the Bahamas. Message was cut off because the machine didn't know it was talking to a machine.....Ha Ha!

this is why it is so important to get an education so your options are limited to telemarketing

2009-07-01 21:50:46 UTCj

free tickets, fog horns in the background, bla, bla, bla, why is it these companies can call if you are on a do not call list. What good is the FTC

2009-06-30 16:15:29 UTCMr. Balls

Sleazy cruise telemarketers. They don't care about you or your privacy

2009-06-29 21:59:25 UTCT. Wright

Ahhh...and there isn't any contact information on their website...they want you to enter in your personal information again...probably so they can harrass you some more. Rediculous.

2009-06-29 21:57:18 UTCT. Wright

When I answer the phone it is an automated survey company trying to bribe me to give out information for a survey in order to 'win' a cruise. The when you press * and 0 you can get an opperator who will ask for more personal information (which they should already have on file if they are from a company and calling YOU). She identified herself as customer service rep.#0204 and directed me to surveyclaim.com to file for a "do not call" list. After entering my phone number and zip code I was redirected to a webpage with the 'survey' I did not do and the option to 'edit' my personal information. I erased my address and name and entered 555 numbers for the calling information. I am hoping this will end the calls. (Her actual service number was 470 according to the survey...I'm assuming she lied.) If you try to call the number they use to call you, there is an 'automated' message that sounds more like a recording the phone is being held up to: "I'm sorry...blah blah blah...number you've dialed is invalid...blah blah blah..." I wish there was a way to shut down companies like this.

2009-06-25 07:10:54 UTCAmy

will not stop calling after being asked to do so.

2009-06-23 21:17:24 UTCrodger codger

Called number back and got a free cruiser to Jamaica!! Whoopee going to the island mon! I just had to complete this survey about campaign promises made by ronald reagan! Easy as pie!!
You should definitely hit them up for a free 15 day cruise!! Just cal them back at 412-414-2972 and tell them rodge sent you!

2009-06-23 14:54:12 UTCMarcy

I wish I could get the number to the head office so I can call them and blow a horn several times a week and see how they like it.

2009-06-22 20:23:57 UTCBill

Blocked em so don't have to put up with their crap any more! They never leave a message...

2009-06-22 19:05:44 UTCFred

They're still calling about that stupid cruise

2009-06-22 14:36:29 UTCamnotamous

The Airhorn blast is highly unappreciated! Not the best way to promote a "peaceful cruise." Who would go on a cruise where someone called out of the blue, book with a real travel agent on your own schedule. More likely just another scam to drain money.

2009-06-17 18:22:24 UTCFred

Survey was offering cruise passes for completing a survey

2009-06-16 21:37:09 UTCmelissa

some message said take the survey and get a free trip did it

How do I stop them from calling?

  1. Ask the unwanted caller to stop calling and put you on their do not call list (they are legally required to comply).
  2. If your number is registered with the National Do Not Call Registry you can file a complaint with the FTC.
  3. Block them with a call blocker:
