this number has called two days in a row, and when i answer there is silence, and then eventually a hangup. When you call the number back you get a recording (female voice) that says "your call cannot be completed as dialed". The recording is NOT from the telephone service (AT&T, BELLSOUTH, ETC) - it differs from the standard recording you get when you miss-dial a number, which is preceeded by an audible tone then a message stating that call cannot be completed.
