How do I stop them from calling?

Whoever this is, they keep calling, even though we've asked them to stop calling SEVERAL times. How can we getthem to stop?

Tiburon debt collection agency.
I received a message from somebody at 402-996-2219 asking for somebody by the name of Marissa Ryan. I've never even heard of that person. I called back and left a message saying they should check their records. What should I do if they call again? Obviously it's a collection agency, but I don't have any overdue or unpaid bills. Is this a hoax?
T-F, a debt collector. They never leave a message and apparently want to remain anonymous. I just don't answer and don't care. It would be nice if they would leave a message. Oh well.

When I did a search, this is what came up: Type: Land Line Provider: Qwest Corporation Location: Omaha, NE, then I did a search on the number that was left on my machine, the message said, please call Liz at 479-571-6199. What I found was an unpublished phone number in Fayetteville, Ark
