Who Called Us

Their recorded message started before my voice mail began recording so I only got the last 5 seconds or so of their message- said something about a warranty

This number and caller ID "Florida" have been coming up sporadically on my phone for the last month. It is getting very annoying and no message is left.

I usually screen my calls when calls like this come in. Although they didn't leave a message their voice automated system was talking while my message came on and it was saying something about They have made several attempts to contact me. Good to know it's those annoying car warranty people.

warned me that my car warranty is going to expire and when i returned the call immediately the said the number was disconnected.

Just got a message saying "this is final notice regarding a change in your automobile status."
Then mentions the warranty. Starts out inducing concern which I'm sure is what they want.
Very unethical.

All I heard was the last three words of a conversation on my message machine. "will be closed" Aggg. I thought I had neglected something important. I put the number on google and got this site. I too am on the no call list and have been since I first heard about it. It slowed down the unwanted calls, but they are starting to pick up again even though I re-joined the list. This sure is a waste of time. Hope this web site helps.

pressed 1 to speak w/ someone. when i questioned which of my vehicles she was referring to, she would/could not give me the answer. as i was telling her i already had extended warranties on my vehicles and this must be a "scam", she abruptly hung up!!!

Already on national DNC list, recording says press 1 about your car warranty, lady wanted my VIN, I said it was too far to go get it, she said they'd put me on DNC and hung up. Scum bag criminals.

got a call, they said if i want a warranty i should press 1, i pressed it and nothing happened

Was told my vehicle warrwnty had expired then I hung up. Why can't our overpaid authority figures find these people and put a stop to this obvious scam? Just goes on and on and on. I've received a few of these calls now, over the last few months, and am wondering why it's allowed to continue. If OUR FEDERAL GOVERNMENT can spy on private citizens then why can't these scumbags be found and stopped.

If you call this number back it tells you that it is disconnect, When it called us, we acted like we were interested, and asked to get a number to call back because we couldn't do it right now. They gave this number "678-741-7390" which is not in service. This is just another scam company that is trying to leech info and sell it... We are also on the do not call list.

If they call again, im going to give them incorrect info on the cars and see what they say.

Have had so many calls from this number. Do not call registry doesn't seem to do much good

Automated message saying car warranty and then the person I got to said Direct TV - very fishy

I told them not to call me 5 times already and I recorded the conversation. I have reported them to the FCC for violations of the Do Not Call List.

Have gotten machine calling about auto warranty recently though.

File a complaint with the Do Not Call registry at donotcall.gov. "To file a complaint now, your phone number must have been on the registry for 31 days."

I just tried to file a complaint at the donotcall.gov website. I could not file a complaint since the phone number is new as of Sept. 19, 2008. You can't file a complaint until the number has been in use for over 31 days. This company keeps changing their phone number so that they stay within the 31 day allowance.

We pushed one to try and get these calls to stop. We explained we had no cars that were new enough to have a warranty on them. She then requested the VIN number. We told her that was crazy and to take us off their list. She couldn't do that. We then asked to speak to a supervisor and she said she would try and find one. After waiting, they hung up on us. I am surprised we got this far, usually when we ask who they are or what the correct phone number is, they hang up on us. They call three to four times a day! We are on the do not call list.

They immediately wanted my vehicle ID, I hesitated and asked the agent's name. After hesitation he gave me Terrence Jackson. I asked the company he said The Warranty Division. I asked the company name and he said he already gave it. I said he sounded like an illigitimate business. He said he had other customers waiting and needed to get on to them. I told him I would be reporting the call. He said "You have fun doing that".

I get calls from this number every single day;they call at all hours and its getting old. I have had the same experience as all the others. I wish that the people from Bunnell, Fl would stop calling and leave my family alone.

This # called me and said nothing when I answered. When I tried to call it back I was told that the # had been disconnected. ?????

Called my home at 11:33am left no message

register with the donotcall.gov website, and file a formal complaint so that law enforcement can investigate further.

I called the number back and it was disconnected. How does someone call from a disconnected number?

We are sick of these calls. If you push 1 to speak to someone, and tell them you want to be removed from the list, they hang up, if you push 2
to be removed from the list it disconnects, and they call again.

Called the hose twice. No message left.

When I answered, it was a recorded message from "The Automotive One Team." I hung up.
