Recorded message from "account services" scamming on some kind of credit card.

Card Services "This is Ann." They call, and they call and they call. Either they are much smarter than the Federal Trade Connission, or the FTC is being paid off not to prosecute. Either way, don't reelect anybody on November 6, 2012.

This is "ann" from the well known scammer Account Services.. The fact that they are now hiding their true identity may mean that our do nothing government (don't reelect ANYBODY) may be closing in on them, but don't count on it. They are obviously smarter than the Federal Trade Commission.

Calls every other day, never leaves a message. I call the number back, and it is a voice mail saying to press 1 to be removed from their calling list, and that it will take 24 hours. 48 hours later, they call again, the same number. I have reported them as violating the 'do not call list', as my number has been registered for at least five years.

When I answered the phone there was no reply. I called the number and got a recording that said if I wanted to remove my name from their call list to hit 1.

Same old call from Account Services, offering to lower the interest rate on my credit cards. I pushed 1 to talk to a real person, and asked them yet again to stop calling. They, of course, hung up on me. These repeated calls are making a mockery of the Do Not Call list.

They are now giving a fake name in order to break the law. The FTC will do nothing to stop them, because they are under orders from well-paid Congressmen to ignore the thousands of complaints they get. Solution: Do Not Reelect Anyone in 2012!

Caller ID showed Student Services. When I asked what this was about the person said hold on, then connected me to a recording that said "How do you keep an idiot entertained". How rude. I wish there was a way to stop these people.

credit card services - gave the woman fake credit card information, put on hold - got a recording saying something like "you are an idiot, thanks for wasting our time" then the woman came back on the line and said "you're an idiot - call you tomorrow snow flake white b*&@!" Who are these people??!??!?! And how do we make them stop calling?!??!

Called every 15mins in one day (everyday!) Press one and they stop for about a mth before calling again, this is ridiculous and they start at 9:02am to 8:59pm, I talked to someone and they refuse to stop, it does not help, Told them numerous times

I have received more than 150 (I have them documented) calls from these criminals. I have filed more that 50 complaints with the FTC however due to the fact that they hide behind spoofed numbers I doubt that they will ever stop any of them. They ask for up front fees and charge your credit card without performing any services.

Just another automated credit card scam/phishing call

There's nothing you can do. They will keep on calling. The only thing you can do is annoy them, so that's what I do. Every time I get their call on my cell phone, I go for a leisurely walk and try to keep them on the phone as long as possible. Time is money to them, so get back at them where it hurts.

Call is automated and begins with " Hi, this is Anne from card services with an important message about your account..." SAME OLD CALL about lowering your interest rate before your eligibility runs out. You are asked to press "1" to speak with an account representative to take advantage of the lower rate offer. I get these calls 2-3 times per week, each time from a different number. This is the first time from this number.

Have received seven (7) calls in the last five (5) hours, two of which I answered to let them know my number is on DoNotCall list with the FCC. I asked they removed my number from their database immediately.

Continue to receive this call. The only information I can come up with is that the company is called Pacific Telecom Group. The company was incorporated in Nevada by Incorp Services. The company serves as their registered agent. If there is any additional information please post. I will be filing suit against this company once further information is verified.

They call me numberous times so i finally answered told them to stop calling they were wasting my mins on my phone and the guys response was well dont answer the phone and hung up. and i tried to call back and cant get anyone how convenient.

received 5 calls within an hour. when I returned call the outgoing message indicated that the call was from a marketing entity. I was given the option to have my number removed from future calling.

They called me 19 times today. On call #7, I answered hoping this would make it stop. All I could understand from the lady was something about student loan services (she had a very thick accent). Whenever I spoke to her (including telling her I couldn't understand her), she never replied.

This number has called our business order line 7 times in 24 hours and never left a message. The ID says "Student Service." We have no students working for us, and we do no business with any company that would deal with student services.
