How do I stop them from calling?

I called number back and it says disconnected. Please make these people stop. Every freaking day these people call me 3 times.
They call my house atleast 5x'x a day everyday and never leaves a message. Who r U????????????/
I called this number and a recording said that it is a "fund raiser". No explaination of for what and no way to speak to a person. It said they would call my number back. When I answer the phone, it hangs up!
This number calls my house everyday while I'm at work. I always have a missed call. The caller ID says Louisiana Frate and when I dial the number, it says disconnected.
