How do I stop them from calling?
- Ask the unwanted caller to stop calling and put you on their do not call list (they are legally required to comply).
- If your number is registered with the National Do Not Call Registry you can file a complaint with the FTC.
- Block them with a call blocker:

The DNC site prodded you to read that at registration time, but you ignored it. What's ''insane'' is not bothering to understand the terms of a service you sign up for. This is one of the bad habits which attracts nuisance calls in the first place.
What's more, a retail purchase as described in this thread commits you to an ''Established Business Relationship'', permitting that business and its affiliates to call you for a set time or until you revoke permission to call, whichever comes first.
Why should we ask them to take our number off this list when we are registered with the National Do-Not-Call Registry? That is insane. Just don't call us in the first place!

Hey guys, I use to work for this company. All you have to do when they call is inform them that you wish to be removed from the calling list. The caller is suppose to remove your name and number once the call is ended. If they call back again- you can call the main number and have them remove it. I know its very irritating to receive the calls but simply tell them and you are good to go.
I called them back and had my number removed from their system. They were very nice and answered the phone right away

I am assuming it's from Sears since I just got a stove delivered and they said they do not work for Sears, so I think it's just a customer satisfaction survey, I didn't answer though until I looked this company up
They won't when over half of the general public is initially rude to us. You guys want changes and you want us to take the 1st step in being nice to you when it comes to doing our jobs but thats all it is. OUR JOBS. You go to Home Depot, You deal with Chase, you buy from General Electric...we're just following orders. It starts with you. At dinner time just ask us to call back or remove you from the list. When you're on vacation or at the office, just tell us its not a good time. These aren't hard things to do, just know that it starts with you.

Red Eagle, if they call your home, simply tell them to take you off their calling list. You don't have to answer to anything you don't want too. All this unnecessary talk of what you would do if you saw them is irrevant cause when push comes to shove....it's all talk and you trying to put on a show! I'd rather you put on a show you'd get paid for though. Work with no pay is only Volunteer work snd nobody enjoys those services lol

These guys are GREEEEEEEEEEEEEEAT! They're great customer service reps and I would love to speak with them more. Never been so happy with my home depot delievery. You guys should mellow out. They're really quite caring individuals who are pushing the boundary and extending a caring ear to yo angry, vile strangers. YEESH!
CONTINUES TO CALL AND LEAVE A RECORDING SAYING THEY ARE SEARS WITH A RECORDED MESSAGE AND TO PRESS ONE. IT KEEPS GOING ON AND ON AND ON AND ON.

I work there. For some reason it's mandatory not to leave voice mail for customers.
Reason why no one responds is because calls are computer generated, so it keeps calling even when we're on a call.

Purchased a new stove and it was delivered/installed a few days ago by Sears. This was a follow-up call about my satisfaction with the appliance, its delivery and installation.
I missed the call. But it's just an automated service satisfaction call. If you answer it and push a couple of buttons, it will be done and they won't call back. No big deal.
When I looked it up because it seemed odd they called my cell phone and not my husbands I did pay to find out who it was - just because they refused to leave a message. The web site is:

Comes up as Telesight Inc out of Chicago, IL. They are supposed to be a survey group.
The man who phoned me seemed quick, uninfomrative and it really bothers me when people DO NOT identify themselves when they call - it's just rude. Someone needs to teach these folks forgotten telephone courtesy!
Still don't know if I belive they are a survey company, but if they call back at least I can ask them who or what they are and how they got my number instead of my husbands if they wanted to speak to him.
Calls to my cell come from this number. They hang up and no caller ID.
Three calls out of the blue in the afternoon left on caller ID. No message left on answer machine. Have never bought anything from Sears. Just bought a freezer from SAM'S CLUB. Will report online to do-not-call registry and Federal Trade Commission if the calls continue.

Never got another call
They called twice, in the last 2 days, no answer, regardless of a male or a female voice receiving the call ... so may they all rot in hell, hang up & die.
Why the devil doesn't Sears just let the Caller ID list the call as coming from Sears? If it did I would answer. I am not going to answer a call from some unknown Telesight, Inc. ever!
I called their number 800-608-3651 and requested they take my name off the call list which they said they would do.
Received 3 calls from the number 312-640-2552. Answered all 3 and there was no one on the other end! Very Frustrating! Caller ID said Telesight.

I have received calls from this number a 4 times and finally, I was able to answer the call.
The call is an automated keypad response survey call. I cannot say for sure it is limited to Sears but, the call asked me about my Sears service call and how satisfied I was.

always call later afternoon. never leave message. figure it must be telemarketing of some kind.

They called late in the evening. Didn't answer it and they left no message. They have called several times.
Received these very annoying calls every evening for days, but I never answered and they never left a message; finally blocked the number from my phone service. I am registered with the Do Not Call registry. I figure if it's really important they'll either leave a message or contact me by mail.
