this number along with several similar numbers from the same place keeps calling me every single day. i have done requested them to stop calling and they still keep calling. so they called me again today and i was going to try to talk to someone about it and when someone did finally pick up the phone line, they hung up on me before i could tell them to stop calling. they never leave a message if i don't answer the phone.

It was a robot call at first. It told me to press one to talk to a "Dish Activation" operator.
I asked this operator to remove me from their list and he asked me for $49.95 to do so. I asked why, repeatedly and he said that this was the policy- repeatedly. I hung up in frustration.

I picked up the phone and an automated female voice said something about satellite TV service and I hung up.

They call like 4 times a day.

The reason EBN Financial is so defensive is because they have this fraud to hide. Any legit company would dismiss this as proposterous and not need to defend themselves. They monitor this site probably for a reason and now there is some due heat on them. This is an open forum, so make up your own mind. My facts are from putting my foot down on these people. I got a call one evening and had started to record my calls to keep record and have proof, then i ordered a system and cancelled before the install, but when I called once to the parent company, i asked the retailer name. EBN is who they supplied. That is pretty hard evidence in my eyes. I am in the middle of a class action suit from a firm in Washington DC, that targets this company and a few more that have called in the past few months. They contacted me after I filed a complaint with the AG. Watch out EBN. Keep the complaints coming so we can stop these pests one at a time or search out a anti-telemarketing lawyer.

ever since we got dish network satelite dish we've been getting calls from this number. i never answer it but from reading all these other comments on here about how the call was about satelite dish and home entertainment stuff then i think that that number goes hand in hand with ppl who have dish network or possibly any type of satelite?

Caller ID brought up number but no name. A male voice left a un-discernable message- something about maybe a misdial- I tried to call back- I got a message about the number not in service.

Someone claiming to represent EBN emailed me about eric's comment on 2007-01-19, "The published accusations about EBN is baseless and its methods of conducting business is false and without any factual or legal merit."

I advised they make a comment here explaining to people that it is false, but I'm not sure they understand the concept of this site, so I'm doing it myself to help them out.

EBN didn't like something eric said. Read both sides, do your own research, and decide for yourself because we can't always trust what people say.

this number drives me nuts. they call me at least 2x per day. i'm on the nat'l DNC list and have asked them *many* times to stop calling me. the minute i ask for a supervisor or to be put on their do not call list, they hang up on me.

Prerecorded message from bruce. press 1 got bobby, says his last name econ. says he's sending to supervisor, disconnects after someone else picks up. What is the point of these calls I get one several times a week from "bruce". Told them I'm on the do not call list, they rarely even wait for that info before hanging up.

Here's the scoop - this isn't one single company - well, it is - this is an outsourced telemarketing company that other companies hire to do their phone marketing - that's why so many different offers are being made from one number.

Furthermore, the marketer's themselves are working from home - the calls are routed through a call center - that's why the number is always the same and that's why you can often times hear things in the background that shouldn't be going on at a business (kids, televisions - heck, I heard an argument over a football game once)

And before anyone wages some telephone terrorism of their own, be sure you're harassing the correct company - a lot of these companies people are digging up numbers for are the parent company which, though they hired the scumbags who are doing this, probably have no real knowledge of it (not like they'd care)

So if someone can nail down exactly who this company is, without a doubt, someone can do something about it - my advice, have the number blocked. They never stop calling.

I do not have Caller ID on this line, so I answered and received a recording with a male's voice. I choose to press "0" to be connected to0 someone. A female with a Spanish accent answered, could hear a baby crying and a TV in the background and she stated the company's name which I could not understand. I asked her to tell me the name of the company, and I guess because I did not sound pleasant, she hung up on me. Next time I'm going to ask them for THEIR HOME NUMBER - why not? They sure as hell have mine.

Then, we discovered the company they were selling for: Satellitesales.com and got put on their DNC list. Had a few weeks of quiet, then the calls began again, this time for health insurance. After 2 days of no calls, we are now getting calls for Dell.

512-374-4500 is the only other company # can find. They are a company you would hire for phone, internet, newspaper sales etc. The are in California. I can get a mailing address if you like. Can I ask people to start returning their calls!!!!!!!!!!!

The number was on my caller ID on two different days. After calling back, I was told by a computer-generated voice, "The subscriber you dialed is no longer in service."

I live in NJ and they called my house at 9:24 PM. I thought telemarketer's are not suppose to call after 9 pm?? Called the number back and said it is not in service. I can't take these calls anymore. They are calling my house late and I am fed up!!!!

...Like others here Received call from 310-999-1515, checked the caller ID like I do with all my calls, didn't recognize it so just ignored it, second one comes in Ignore it again.... did a google search and got results with some info.. now i'm writing this..... If the call was important they would leave a message, if not then I dont answer.... Scumbag telemarketers and autodialers!

I got the same call situation as KC. I received two calls, one after another immediately, then a third about one minute later. No message was left.
