Credit card scammer. Wants personal information.

This is a scam. I had a call on 4/4 from 305-672-6663 asking about my credit cards. I had another call on 4/14 from 561-482-7092. It was the same man.

Called again today and I called the FL State Atty General's Office and reported them calling again for the third day in a row! Additionally, previously I said that IXE had a telemarketers license, and that was incorrect. The individual I am dealing with at the FL State At Gens office told me that their investigators found out that IXE currently DOES NOT have a telemarketing license however, they DID have one at one time. I did not learn if it had been revoked, suspended or just not applied for again. This company needs to be stopped. Call the FL State Attorney Generals office and file a complaint against them. And you can do what Im planning on doing tomorrow when they call. Giving them an air horn in their ear.

Credit card scam to "lower my credit card interest." The previous call came from Boca Raton, FL and 561-482-7092. I will be reporting those numbers to FCC "do not call list."

Have a unlisted number, they do not leave a message, I am on the do not call list. These people are a pain in the a--.

The company behind these phone calls is IXE Accelerated Financial Services. The other number they have called from is 305-637-9773 which is also a disconnected number. They have a toll-free number: 1-888-226-5185. Call that number and ask for Natan or Latan, the supervisor. Make sure to let him know how you feel. When I called and asked why his company continually calls me, day after day, and I am on the DNC list, he laughed and said because he can. Make sure to mention his name after calling IXE, to the Florida State Atty Generals Office. They are VERY familiar with IXE, and did state that IXE does have a telemarketing license however, they do get constant complains about them. They also know exactly who the owners are. :D

Don't surrender any information of any kind to these low level Pond Scum dewllers! They are slezzy scam artist they called me twice today attempting to get personal financial info from. When I asked them for a street address they gave ( 2535 Shuveit Circle Atlanta, Ga 23103) several problems here (1) 23103 is in Virginia (2) no such street address in Atlanta (3) Caller I.D. shows Miami phone number 305 672 6663. Clearly they are not above board and are up to doing no good of any kind. Might I sugest that everyone call Bill McCollum's office 850-414-3990 Florida's State Atty. General and the Miami Dade Police 305-471-2100 and take the time and file a complaint. Make sure you get a complaint number for follow up purposes. So they can fully understand the full scope of the problem and put resourses behind solving it. Florida is number three in the nation leading in identy theft.

Call this number from a public (i.e., pay) phone booth to voice your concerns multiple times. They have to pay significantly (over $0.50 per call) each they pick up because they have to reimburse the pay phone company on top of their regular phone bills!

This gets their attention. Ask them to remove your number. It's gratifying to know that they have to pay more than $0.50 to hear your concerns, and that you can make them pay more if they continue to harass you.

Came up as an "UNKNOWN CALLER" and when I tried to call back, got a recording saying the number is no longer in service... That was fast!!!

I'm on the National Do Not Call List, too....

I called over 10 times, and waited patiently until they picked up the phone. Those calls costed them well over $5.

Car Warranty (scam)

These people have been calling for about two years. I've tried everything I can think of to get them to stop. The automated message that plays when you answer says they're from "Card Services" and asks you to press 1 if you want to talk to someone about lowering your interest rate. I've done that, in order to try to get them to stop, even asking about what they're trying to sell. When you ask them things like, "How can I be sure this is legitimate? I'm really concerned that if I do this that I'm going to have an even bigger debt than I already do." Etc. They never answer questions like this. Pressing 2 to be taken off their list does no good; they never stop calling. I also always report to donotcall.gov, but that doesn't seem to help either. These people must be making so much money that fines don't faze them.

Credit spammer, on my CELL PHONE

Called wanting to lower my credit card interest rate. Have called before about auto warranties and I believe mortgage rates. The phone they called is at a second home and not a phone call I generally do business from. Usually when I *69 I am told that i can't have a number, but this time I got 305-672-6663. Called this number, disconnect, which leads me to believe that the caller ID system is being spoofed. Made complaints to donotcall list and also to the Florida attorney general and to Verizon. shouldn't be able to spoof *69. In the past have hit 1 and held on to find out who was calling. All refused to tell me and hung up when I persisted or mentioned donotcall list.

I answered this call and heard an automated greeting that invited me to press one for a representative. I am on the "do not call" list so I pressed one to find out who it was and report them. I informed "William" that I was on the do not call list and he hung up. It occured to me that William was not sure about which offer I was referring to and I now see that this company is also masquerading as an auto warrantee insurer!

Recorded message stated my car warranty was about to expire and press one to speak to someone or two to end the call. This call was received on my cellphone!!

Listened to the voice recording and pressed 1 to talk to a rep. The rep hung up on me when I asked what company he was with. I looked up the number online using reverse info through white pages and the site pinned the phone number to Miami, FL. Any ideas on how to shut down these thieves?

new recording, same msg. caller ID said: "Moorestown, NJ". I pressed 1 to speak to a person. When they answered, I whistled in their ear (I'm a LOUD whistler).

caller id says "ASOC". Didn't wait to hear what they had to say. I always hang up if there is no one there immediately when I pick up the phone because that's the tip they are on an automatic dialer.

"Jimmy" called from this number and stated he was authorized by all credit card companies to make this call to me. When asked for his company's name, he refused and tried talking over me using his authorized script. "Jimmy" also refused to give a phone number for the company. Then told me I was rude and my number would be removed from the calling list. I continued asking what company he worked for and a phone number he refused and hung up on me.

This company is a persitant scofflaw. I have reported them numberous times to the National Do-Not Call Registry at
donotcall.gov.

They called my cell phone, but I did not answer it because I did not recognize the number. They did not leave a voice mail.

Another call from 305 672 6663. Have called ID and just do not answer the call

Has called 3 times in the past 30 days. Have begun to not answer phone. Would block it if I knew how and if it was free. Uses several different numbers. You can tell them to quit calling and they just use a different line. I used whocalled.us to learn the numbers information and this listing or others who got bombarded. After reading some comments I may be one of the luckier ones.

Phone rang, machine picked up, caller hung up. Left no message. We don't have caller ID, do have free *69 to find out the number of caller. This number has caled our home several times lately, never leaves a message.

Donotcall registry says # was just registered on 04/04/2008 and they can't accept a complaint for 31 days from registration. So, these crappy scammer companies found a loop-hole where they just add new numbers and have 31 days to harrass people before they shut-down that number and start using another one. Frakking scammers. They didn't think of this when they made the law?

No message left. Number showed up on caller ID as a Moorestown, NJ number.

I just received a call from 305-672-6663 saying nothing was wrong with me credit but it was important I call to lower my credit ratings or to press 1. I pressed one, someone answered saying HELLO (not professional if it;s a business). He then asked why I was calling. I told him their automated system called me and he hung up. I tried calling them back and the number was disconnected.

This was the usual recorded message from "Heather at Account Services". Over the past year, she has become as much of an integral part of American life as reality TV and $3 gasoline. This time I actually got to speak with a live agent, a black woman who said her name was "Kimberly Smith", and had a 15-minute conversation. She kept asking for my Visa number, but I got disconnected before I could give it as she tried to transfer me to a supervisor. I learned several interesting tidbits from Kimberly, including that Visa is owned by Master Card. I didn't know that! This wise financial sage also informed me that I had missed an important mailing from her company ("Card Services") that I needed to return promptly to consolidate my massive credit card debt. Sadly, these calls will apparently be ending, because Kimberly said that the offer to lower interest rates is ending TODAY. May God bless your next business venture, Heather and friends.

Heather is at it again!!! Pressed 1 to talk to a "live" person concerning my intrest rate, and ask to speak to the bitch! The guy said who??? I said, that bitch Heather! He hung up. I get about three of these a week from different numbers. As with the others, I'll go to the Don't Call folks and log this one in.

Correction. The message I got back saying I had to wait for 31 days to file a complaint was a mistake. I put THEIR phone number in the field instead of MINE. I was so steamed, I didn't read the web form carefully enough. These guys are evil and must be stopped.

Third time these vultures have called. I tried to register a formal complaint at donotcall.gov, but get the following message:

They are obviously exploiting a loophole in the law. So I called Congressman Fred Upton's office to make them aware of this. This loophole needs to be closed. Third Offense. I want them punished and I want my damages.

Get numerous calls from this number....305-672-6663, offering LOWER CREDIT CARD INTEREST. I Answered once and pressed #1 as instructed, asked WHAT CREDIT CARD and female hung up. On call-back, number is "Disconnected" or "No Longer In Service".

Identy theft scam. Indicate the can lower my interest rates if I give them my credit card number. Won't devulge company name.

Scammer, they called me they should have info, not expect to get it from me.

New number called me and then my house. +305-672-6663 same as above, asking me if I wanted to lower my interest rate and asked how much debt I had. I asked them to tell me since they called me and for some reason the HUNG UP!! LOL..

Recorded message to sell an extended warranty on a car

Do not press 2! This is a way to verify your phone number is real and current and you'll get many, many more calls after that even if you are not on the DNC list (they sell the numbers of folks who press 2 as "verified" active residence phone numbers). They are phishers trying to get credit card and bank acct info--I've reported them to the NC State Attorney General but they said this company is FL based and will forward complaints there.

just rec'd call on my cell for car warranty extension. Ira got rude and said he would not f**k me if I was the last one standing. Scam call that asks you to dial 1 to speak to an operator. If you don't pay for minutes, please press 1 as soon as you know who it is, then just set the phone down a minute. This will force a live operator to answer and at least waste a little of their time. Maybe if enough of us do this it will cut into their profit margin enough they will quit breaking the law to call those of us on the Do Not Call list.

This time the call was about the car warranty crap...usually when they call it's about lowering my interest rates. and again, they called my daughter's phone number, that is unlisted/private, i played along this time and got information out of him. I asked him which vehicle was showing up on his system (funny thing is I don't have a warranty on the 2000 van I have), he said that information wasn't showing up on his computer. I then asked him the name of the company "I was going to do business with" and he said "Auto Protection Sensor" out of Ft. Lauderdale, FL. I then told him that I thought it was funny that this same number was calling my daughter's phone number and was trying to get me to lower my interest rates and that were nothing but scam artists and I was turning them into the FL Attorney General. Even after that he was actually polite and said he would have my number removed from their automated calling list. I highly doubt that. Oh and last week...the "lower your interest rate" girl named "Heather" called my cell phone!!!! This is getting beyond ridiculous and something needs to be done about these ppl!!! If anyone has any info on how to legally do something to these ppl, pls post it.

They called me 4/3/08 at 11:11am. I tried calling them back at 5:30pm and got a recording that the number is no longer in service.

"You've won a free Caribbean cruise..."

Claimed they could lower my interest rate on my credit card--this was my last chance. We don't HAVE a credit card! So I pushed "1" to talk to someone to see what they had to say. They never said who they were. They asked me how much money I had on my credit card because it had to be over $3000. I asked them which one. They said "all major ones". I told them $5000. They asked me what the interest rate was. I told them 8%. They told me it had to be over 15% to help me. Have a nice day.

I think my outgoing message makes them go away. It is nasty toward telemarketers. I blocked the number anyway.

Unsolicited refinancing offer . . . why can't the phone companies require these guys to use their real number when calling. The caller ID captured this number, but it's bogus.

This was today, received a call yesterday from 505-903-6757 with the exact same message. Your extended warranty is up and not renewing will cost you in expensive repairs.........When I hit "1" and started asking questions, the woman on the phone started yelling profanities and hung up on me. Reported the number to the Do not call list.

Called voice mail twice and left no message. Very, very annoying. The do not call listing apparenly means nothing to thses scammers.

Same "Account Services" telemarketers that have called repeatedly for the last two weeks. They claim to have a business address at 1219 S. Selflaw Blvd, Chicago, IL, 43490, but Google has no record of that address for anything at all. Lying scumbags.

Prerecorded message calling themselves "Account Services." I get a call about once a week from them. I pressed #1 to see if I can put a stop to this nonsense. When an operator finally answered, this person asked "Do you want to lower your interest rates?" without any other hello or anything else. I replied, "I responded to your phone call." The phone call was terminated immediately and the phone number was disconnected immediately. I now just get the error tone saying "This number is no longer in service or has been disconnected."

Received a call from this number today. I picked up knowing that it was probably a scammer or at least a telemarketer. I wanted to see if I could get enough information to report them to the FTC where my number is on the do-not-call list. Only got silence and then a disconnect. Got a call about 17 minutes earlier that didn't register a number on the caller ID but the same thing happened.

Automated message left on voicemail. Same message received almost weekly for the last year, although usually the phone number doesn't register in the caller ID. Message warns "problem with your account", then goes on to pitch a "lower interest rate." You're instructed to hold for an agent. On a couple of occasions I've waited for a live person; both times they abruptly disconnected me after I asked who they were and what they were selling. The automated message gives you the option to "press 2 to stop receiving future calls." Pressing 2 does nothing to stop future calls, and probably only encourages them.

No message left. Just said Miami FL on the caller ID box. Before getting caller ID and being able to screen calls, I did used to answer the phone to calls like people here have described where someone from "account services" wanted to lower my interest rates. I always hung up immediately.

Lower interest rate- and said how much I have in credit debt... when I asked what card this was, they hung up on me.

I keep getting this call as well, same recorded BS, always saying "consider this your final notice"... too bad that part isn't true. I'm also on the do-not-call list, so this is clearly an illegal activity.

Your extended warranty is about to run out etc.(Recorded message). They will come on the line if you want to enroll. I stayed on the line and promply told them to remove me from their call list and the jerk on the other end hung up.

Press 1 to be connected to a live agent or press 2 to be taken off our call list. Well...I have pressed 2 on about 5-10 calls earlier this year. I have started pressing 1 and actually got through to a live person - several times now! And they ALL promise to take my number off their call list. But it doesn't happen. So today i acted really interested until I got a little more information. They must have suspicioned something - because right after I asked where they were based, they hung up on me. Oh well... I'll just get more sneaky for next time. One of these times, I'll figure them out...

Name on caller ID was Susan, J Johnson. After being placed on hold, finally got a woman who said it was Card Services wanting to lower my interest rate. I asked her which if my credits cards she was calling for, and she said she didn't even know who she was talking to, and that they worked with hundreds of credit card companies, and oculd lower my interest rate if I had at least $3000 of credit card debt. Basically seemed to be a "credit counseling" business sales call trying to imply they were calling you on behalf of your credit card issuer. Got very nasty when I asked some questions about who the company actually was. Possible fraud/scam.

Left some stupid message about it being my final notice to lower my interest rates on my credit cards. No number in message, but if I had been on the phone I could have either pressed 1 to talk to someone, or pressed 2 to be taken off their call list. What, the Do Not Call List means nothing to them? What company is this? I think they've called before about car warranty or something.
