sounds like a scam -but I did not press 9 as instructed to listen to the whole scam .
When I selected 9 after message about government credit offer, I was transferred to a man with a lot of background noise. I explained I am on a do not call list and he replied "Are you calling to make a payment? This is the credit department." then hung up on me. Rude. Does not sound like a legitimate organization to me.

This is not the first time I have seen this number come up on my caller ID, but today was the most recent, at approximately 12:58 p.m. on Thursday, June 11, 2009
Call came from Florida to Kansas at 15:55 hours on 6-3-09. Call not answered and no message left. There is no tracking of this number, and it is unknown to other sites.
