i dont know why i got a call from this number at all.

Grady of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois issued a temporary restraining order stopping telemarketing company Voice Touch, Inc., its principals James and Maureen Dunne, its business partner Network Foundations LLC, and Network Foundations principal Damian Kohlfeld from making any further calls in violation of the Do Not Call Registry and other provisions of the Telemarketing Sales Rule and the FTC Act.

I got a call from (269) 788-0460 last Friday; typical, persistent auto warranty "final notice" robo call. I pressed 1 to speak to a representative. I was connected with a man and I began asking questions. I asked for the company name and he said Warranty Solutions. I asked where he was located and he said Atlanta, GA. I asked for his name, he said it was John Hall. I then asked to speak with his supervisor and he said he is the supervisor. I informed him that it was illegal to robo call cell phones and implied that by pressing 1, I had called him. I told him I would file a complaint with the FCC andsaid to go right ahead and that he hopes the minutes spent arguing with him are costing me. So I asked for his direct number there and he promptly hung up. You have nothing to lose by speaking to one of these representatives and getting as much info as you can. Just make sure you file a formal complain like I did.

Here's the number that is harassing me: 516-858-7178, in Long Island, NY, no less. I'm on the No Call list and I have filed a complaint with the FTC. My T-Mobile provider gives me two options after complaining: 1. Go on the no-call list and file a complaint., 2. Buy their blocking option for $6 a month, she says that all the wireless co.s have that. WHAT A CHOICE!! Where the F*** is the FCC.....the FBI should be on this also, this is misuse of communication and this is interstate commerce fraud! No one is protecting us, not the phone companies, not the business & trade organizations and not the government. Say, if any of you find out the actual location of the origin of any of these calls, I will be there with my .357 Magnum to take real action against these thieves!

Did some research on Warranty Solutions...this is a South African Company...hmmmm

Got tired of these guys calling...asking to be taken off their list... finally decided the best way to lock them up was to just go with the spiel. I talked to them for 30 minutes giving wild information and asking about different pricing plans etc. Ran the through the ringer! Went form one salesman to the next 'closer' up the chain. They wanted to give me a warranty for 300,000 miles - what a laugh. At any rate ....ended the call by saying "no". Haven't been called again since! I did tell them that the car I was driving had 70,000 miles - had to hand me off to a more senior rep who asked me if my car had required any 'work'. Eat them up at their own game - keep them on as long as you can!

OK, this is the latest information. I did a Google search, as to whom would do business with this company.I found out that just about every major manufacturer, deals with this SLIMY COMPANY. I had a complaint against BMW and an auto financial (Westlake Financial Services, in Los Angeles)company, as well as a complaint against Hollywood Auto Broker(Los Angeles) about 2 weeks ago. So,no doubt someone has passed my telephone numbers around. I will investigate further, to see who has an affiliation with whom.

Origin number is disconnected (called this morning around 10AM CDT.

I recieved calls from Warranty Solutions from the following numbers and states. I'm sure these are robo call all originating from same boiler room. Here's a list times, dates and numbers showing on my cell phone since April 29th.

called my phone this morning, woke me up. called the number back got a fake disconnected messgae.

They call my cell phone at least 10 times a day. I've asked them to take me off their call probably 10 times over the last 2 months. Isn't this some sort of crime to harass people like this?

Keep getting these calls at home saying the warranty for our vehicle is about to expire and this is the final notice if you want to renew. Pressed 1 to speak to someone and they started asking for information. I politely asked who they wished to speak to and which vehicle they were calling about (we have 10 different vehicles here, lol) and they just said they needed me to confirm the vehicle that had the warranty. When I explained that I had more than one vehicle and would need to know which one they were calling in reference to, the lady got mouthy and screamed "FINE! WE'LL PUT YOU ON THE F'IN DO NOT CALL LIST!" and slammed the phone down... I hope that's the end of that...

I've been getting a lot of these weird calls lately on my cell. I don't answer numbers that are not known to me. I just bought my phone(verizon) about 2 months ago the number is new and not many people have it and I've been getting these crazy calls. I never had things happen like this before with at&t. Something needs to be done.

I have been getting an average of 1 call per week from this number as well. When I dial the number, it a "no longer in service number". Clearly this is a robo call. I am so tired of these bastards bothering me during weekdays that I am seething with anger. I will never buy their service. I am located in Canada. I dont know how I could even do business with these shameless intruders. We have a Privacy Commisioner here in Canada. I dont know if he has any jurisdiction over these undesirables. But, if anyone knows the whereabouts of the company who makes these robo calls, please let me know. I sure would love to give them an earful, complain to US authorities about the abuse, or even sue their fat lazy arses.

Called my cell - no message

I received a call this morning, no message and when I called back sure enough it was "disconnected." It really freaked me out though, because I have family in Michigan and I was worried that perhaps a grandparent was trying to get a hold of me.

Received yet another annoying 'No Message Call" from Genuine Warranty Services - Today. These people have attempted to reach me by using 3 different telephone numbers. The only possible way they could have gotten my cell number, would have been through BMW (Beverly Hills or South Bay BMW), Westlake Financial Services, or the SLIMY auto dealer who sold me a LEMON, Hollywood Auto Broker, in Los Angeles, CA. People, if Genuine Warranty Service, calls you or attempts to make contact with you at your place of employment, then someone (Auto Dealer or Finance Co.) gave out your information. I have taken the liberty to contact my State Attorney General and The Federal Trade Commission (FTC),to put a stop to the annoying calls. You may also wish to Google an article written on May 10 (SFgate),about PHISHING SCAM CALLS. The federal government is getting involved in resolving this problem - Now! Good Luck!

I Googled the number and it has it listed as Terrell Jenkins, funny, when you try to call the number back its been disconnected...:-\ AND they just called..wow..How do you get on these lists?

Get calls from this number at least once a week. How do I stop it?!?!?

I've recieved several of these calls in the past few weeks. Google lists this number to Terrell Jenkins (269) 788-0460 Battle Creek, MI 49017.

What can be done to stop these telemarketers to call you on your cell phone? Can you send them the bill for the call?

Received a call reminding me that my factory warranty may have expired

These calls come from seemingly random numbers a few times each week.

Same as the others below. Called my cell. Did not recognize the number. Did not answer. They did not leave message. I am not going to bother calling back. Area code puts the number in Michigan.

On Friday, May 8, 2009 at 5:20PM, I received this phone call from a presumably Indian caller who informed me that my factory warranty was about to expire on my car, but if I gave him some info about my vehicle, the warranty could be extended. He then proceeded to attempt to "confirm" the make and model of my vehicle. I said "okay." Unfortunately he wanted me to blurt out information and not confirm information. After I politely defined "confirmation" as I understood it, he hung up. At no point did he state the name of the company he was representing. When I tried to call back, I got the "This number is no longer in service" message. Hence, this entry.

CALLED MY CELL. THEY DID NOT LEAVE A MESSAGE. I DONT HAVE CAR. BUT HAVING A LOT OF CALL EVERYDAY.

Called my cell with an automated message regarding my Auto Warranty. I pressed 1 to talk to an operator. When I asked to be removed, the operator insisted that he needed me to provide him with the Make and Model of my car in order to remove me from their list!

I hung up. And I filed a complaint with the FCC. esupport.fcc.gov

Warranty Solutions keeps harrassing us. They have called my work number several times, and I told them that this is a business number and to take me off the calling list. Now they are calling me on my cell phone. Number listed is 269-788-0460. I pressed one to get a rep and of course Warranty Solutions. I told them again to quit harrassing me and quit calling and we are on a no call list. I also advised him that the States Attorney of Indiana has received numereous complaints from this company and they are taking legal action. The gentleman on the phone was then very aggitated and indicated you called me and good luck with that. At this point he is shouting at me, so I shouted back and indicated that we are well aware of your scam and to quit harrassing us again! Phone number that was listed is 269-788-0460.

Didn't answer but call # back, rec'd message "this # is disconnected or no longer in service". I've been receiving 2 computer messages per day about my "expiring auto warranty".

Just received a call from this number on my cell. Didn't recognize it, so didn't answer. When I tried to call it back, got a recording saying it was disconnected. Have a suspicion it's a telemartketer, probably dealing with vehicle warranties.
