Who Called Us

They just called me and I couldn't answer at the time. When I called the number back it said I had reached a number that was no longer in service and it had only been 15 minutes since they had called me!!

I have filed a complaint with the FCC about this company. It is a scam. They have no idea who they are calling, even if it is a legit company, which I seriously doubt. I am an attorney in Tennessee and am considering legal action if I can find who they are and where they are. I will not return their calls at all; this conduct is total harassment.

Answered the phone and said "hello" but all I got was silence.

They left an unintelligible message about a past debt. Sounds like they are just trying to shake us down. I have vonage, I sure wish they would have it where I could block specific phone numbers.

I received calls from this number and from some unlisted numbers and they leave a message saying "this is an important message from NCO Financial Systems Incorporated... This is an attempt to collect a debt.... Please call Mrs. Carter at..." and then they give me an 866 number. I've tried calling once, but it seems to be after business hours. I'm suprised there are this many people who have received the call but without a message. They always leave a message on my cell phone, even if it comes in as unlisted. And it's always the same recorded message.

Left message to call NCL...tried to call twice and was put on long hold both times...I hung up.

A recorded male voice said he was calling re: an important business matter in his office & it wasn't a sales call. Requested a return call to 866-821-5890 which is a collection agency for the controller's office for the Sales Tax Division of the State of Texas.

Called my Sprint Cell Phone. Sprint sold them my number. Sprint billed me for the minute it took me to hang up.

Just a little advice. When you purchase a new cell phone ask to be given a number that has never been used before, this includes house phones. After each visit to a doctor Always check with your insurance to make sure that it was billed correctly. It is the PATIENTS responsiblity to ensure that that the claim was filed. You can ask your insurane company. The hospitals make you sign a paper stating you take that responsiblity if insurance is not filed or if they do not pay. Alright people you are all adults. You all need to just answer the phone. You can stop the calls with one call

If OSI calls your home it could be for a couple reasons. OSI could have a wrong number, the numbers they have are numbers reported to them from either a hospital or physicians office. These are numbers that were provided as a contact by the patient.Or it could be that your insurance did not get billed due to the fact that the hospital did not share the info with the physcian,so you get sent to collections. Or you have a medical bill that slipped through the cracks. Or your just a dead beat that does not care about there credit score. And YES some hospitals and physcian groups report you to the credit bureau. Osi only reports if hospital says too. When they call they cannot leave a detailed message its against the law. A little law called HIPPA, Its personal medical information. You would all whine if they disclosed that information on a machine and you played it in front of your neighbor. Quite acting dumb and answer the phone, your only hurting yourselves. OSI IS A COLLECTION AGENCY Its real not a scam.

The message I received stated that they were call regarding a personal business matter and gave me an 800 number to call. I have NO past due bills and sparkling credit. I get calls from this number EVERY Saturday morning. When I call it back, I get a constant busy signal. They have been told repeatedly to stop calling!

They call my cell at least twice a day if not more every day...including weekends!! Early morning and even late evening. They never leave a msg. I send it straight to voicemail now. It is very annoying. This is ridiculous!!!!!

OSI and this number is a collection agency out of Colorado that companies hire to outsource their collections. They don't leave messages and call all the time/many times a day.

They call every day about 8:15 in the am. I don't answer, they leave static for a msg. This is annoying since I am on the Nation Do Not Call Registry.

Call every couple days and when I pickup the phone, it hangs up. They don't leave a message when I miss one of their calls. They are calling my cell phone and it is ridiculous.

I think that this is a automatic dialer that tells other companies that you picked up the phone, because every time I actually answer the phone for that number I get bombarded with sales calls which all begin about 45 minutes after I pick up.
