Who Called Us

On the DNC. Caller ID said Washington. I don't know anyone in Washington. Call disconnected as soon as the my machine got about 4 words into the message.

I just got a new phone & LOVE it!! I can program in numbers I don't want to be bothered by and no more annoyances! This number will now be added to those alread being blocked.

If I could improve on my new phone, I'd have a programing feature which would play the 3 tones & message you get when a phone number is disconnected/no longer in service so my phone number would eventually be purged from ALL telemarketing/scam/survey lists.

Specifically to Mik (comment 19 down from this) unless you answered the call & spoke with someone, you're just guessing. And if it was, as you contend, "Jay Inslee's office pushing that miserable Osamacare and his bid for Governor of WA." tell all of us who've gotten a call from this number why in the hell would his political machine be calling people nationwide who could never vote for him for Gov of WA?

Foxnews.com just posted a story about these morons. According to the Boston Law Firm Shapiro Haber & Ermy, the calls are coming fron a FL company, The Berkley Group. This much pub just might stop them!

Rest easy, conspiracy fans! This isn't Dems or Reps, but a telemarketing Bahamas cruise peddler who's found a "LOOPHOLE" in DNC - tell people you're conducting a "political" survey, and you can call us all day and night LEGALLY! They apparently use various robocall centers around the country, since the same spiel is being used from diff. numbers.
Laws need to be tightened up so AHOLES like this can't hide under the banner of protected speech to scam the public. Best bet - IGNORE THE CALLS!

This number calls my cell, i don't answer & they don't leave message. I am on the do not call list but as we all know,- thats a joke. It seems to me since I added my numbers to the list several years ago, i've got blasted with waay more spam calls than before. I simply quit answering my phone years ago, -if i don't know the number,- i don't answer.

I should clarify, it was a robodialer of some sort that I assume is a telemarketer. I just hung up before a live person got on the line.

No idea who these idiots are, they call often, with recorded msg. about some stupid survey. says press one so they don't call again..ya right..they just keep calling. Reporting to national do not call today anyway..sick of this! Impossible to call back of course.

Received a call from this number, did not answer, no voice-mail left. I have had two other phone numbers with the same occurrence from different areas around the country, and according to the info I've found online, they are all linked to political surveys. I can only assume this is going to get worse and more relentless as elections get closer.

This number dialed my UNPUBLISHED Business Line. Saw that it said "Washington" on Caller ID, so picked up and hung up to break the call without the answering machine picking up to 'confirm' to the ROBODIALING COMPUTER that it was a 'valid' number. Hopefully that will make it 'register' with their computer that this is a 'non-working' number and stop the subsequent calls.

Whomever it was, WE DON'T WANT WHAT YOU'RE SELLING and WE GAVE AT THE OFFICE!

Despite the LOOPHOLES in the DNC List rules, "DO NOT CALL" means "DO *NOT* CALL" unless you are about to GIVE us MONEY - no strings attached! OTHERWISE, LEAVE US ALONE!!!!!

political survey who randonly calls numbers, with automated voice. When this number is called an autoresponder tells you the survey has ended to be removed from the list press one. Annoying do not want this to use up the prepaid minutes on my cell phone!
They probably spoof this number...

came in on my cell phone; I missed the call, no message.

caller id showed nothing. I returned the call and got a message that said the 'survey has expired, press 1 to remove your phone number.' which I did. I then got the message 'your phone number has been permanently removed' ... we'll see.

How do these ppl get cell phone numbers when i looked it up on whitepages.com it says you can pay 1.99 to stop the calls i found that interesting . BTW i did not answer i knew it was nothing important because i know everyone that i give my number to .
