How do I stop them from calling?
- Ask the unwanted caller to stop calling and put you on their do not call list (they are legally required to comply).
- If your number is registered with the National Do Not Call Registry you can file a complaint with the
FTC. - Block them with a call blocker:
Uniden DECT1288 blocks up to 20 numbers, plus Private and Unknown, with the reject tone, without ringing the phone.
Panasonic KX-TG106 blocks up to 30 numbers, plus all unidentified callers, with a busy tone, after the phone rings once.
JF Teck Caller ID with Ring Controller blocks up to 70 numbers, and can be set to always allow up to 100 to ring through.

They keep calling I would like them to say something
they call my house up to 12 times daily, never leave a message, sometimes calls are 10 minutes apart
Go to donotcall.gov and register your phone number on the "do not call" list, then report their number on the "report a complaint" list.
Calls were to my cel phone. Computer dialer calls 4-8 times a day. When the call is answered, there is a long silent delay, then a recording asking you to wait for next available caller. A man asked for wrong name, and wouldn't give me any info after I told him he had a wrong number. When I tried calling the phone number, a telephone company recording said the number had been disconnected, but they called again 5 minutes later. Their computer may be putting out a false number to caller ID's.

they start calling at 8:00am and don't stop until 9:00pm... at least 6 to 8 times a day.
They call constantly.. always asking questions, about a personal matter. Won't ID themselves. I've advised they have a wrong number and to never call again, take me off your list etc. They called back 10 min later, hung up on me. Then called me again an hour later, said they were transferring me to a supervisor, and hung up on me again!
i researched this quite a bit and there are NUMEROUS other site just like this one. Supposedly ERMI is a company that buys collections from different companies you owe a debt to, and then you owe them the debt instead. They r not just for Lowes as several people list numerous companies they owe money to.
They are contract "collectors" for Lowe's credit.
Absolutely rude. Calls with a variety of questions about me, but will not answer any questions about who they are....I just hang up.

picked up phone. someone was there; said it was known they were a scam. they deinied and even offered to transfer us to Lowe's customer service...hung up.
This number started calling once a day leaving a message from Ms. Jones or Ms. Tyler about a "financial matter" now they are calling up to 5 times a day, sometimes messages sometimes not. It is a prerecorded message and it is really starting to get on my nerves. Recently I have been getting loads of spam e-mails saying I've won a Brittish Lottery. Wondering if it is related. Anyone have any suggestions?
ERMI calls about 6 times a day never leaving any messages. I have never picked up the call. However, I did file a complaint to donotcall.gov since I have my number listed.
Have been calling several times daily for the past few weeks. No message.
Called twice at 7:20PM and 9:00PM claiming to be from Lowes that I owe them money. The scary thing is I have a Lowes account but do not owe any money. Lowes is getting an ear full tomorrow morning!

they call from 8:00am - 9:00pm every day. When you pick up no one is there. This going on for weeks.
They hung up on my voicemail 2 times yesterday, but before they hung up, I heard the sound of a lot of "operator" chatter in the background (an obvious telemarketing scam). They called my new cell phone number. They must be going up and down the cell phone numbers for telemarketing purposes.
