Who Called Us

woman said that she was calling on behalf of the childrens wish foundation. I told her that I had requested Insight teleservices to take me off their call list several times...She said..."so you don't want to make a donation this year?" I kindly replied, "no" and hung up. Went to Insight teleservice website to send email to stop calling and after filling out the email form and hitting send...it didn't go through because of server error. This is getting old.

I've gotten several of these calls over a period of months. Never answered, but when I call the number back, it rings two or three times, then goes to a busy signal. Can't reach anyone or anything at the number. Reported it online to DoNotCall.gov *69 reveals 248-569-1483; Googling that number brought me here. Don't really care if they stop or not; all they'll ever get is my fax modem. Good luck with that.

We get calls from a Larry Suell from Southfield, MI. Most people are saying it's part of a phone scam.

fake charity scam. something like kids network. Real boiler room stuff.

I just report this annoying caller on esupport.fcc.gov If more of us would take this action maybe these annoying calls would finally stop!

This number has called twice in one day (1/6/10) I answered first time, no response to my "hello". Not answering anymore. Larry Suell is given in caller id

We have caller I.D. This is not the first time we've gotten a call from Larry Suell. We simply don't answer and that's it.

This AH kept calling me in November 2009. I finally posted a note, like this one, that I was going to refer the call to my State's Attorney; the calls stopped. Tonight, I got another call from this phone number; finally, a voice! A female said, "Sue?" I said "yes," and she hung up. I called the number several times the rest of the evening and it would ring one or twice and then go to busy. I am going to print out all the calls since November from this number and take it into my State's Attorney offices tomorrow and see what can be done about this nuisance.

Please file a report at esupport.fcc.gov . The more of us that do this, the more seriously it will be taken!

I looked up the address on Le Rhone St. and then had a friend of mine that lives in the area drive over and look at the address and he said that it is an apartment/condominium complex. I was a little confused and then did a Google Map search on the property and sure enough, it is an apartment complex with a pool and all!

Received a HANG UP CALL AT 6:05 TODAY FROM THIS NUMBER AND CALLED IT BACK AND EACH TIME IT RANG AND THEN WENT TO A BUSY SIGNAL. AT 6:27 TONIGHT, I RECEIVED ANOTHER CALL FROM A GIRL NAMED "LINDSEY" FROM INSIGHT FUNDRAISING. I TOLD HER THAT I HAD THEIR INFORMATION PULLED UP ON THE INTERNET AND THAT I DID NOT APPRECIATE THEIR CALLS. SHE STATED THAT SHE WAS SORRY AND DID NOT WANT TO BOTHER ANYBODY AND THAT SHE WOULD REMOVE ME FROM THEIR LIST. WE'LL SEE......

If you do a reverse lookup it shows Larry Suell, 22353 LeRhone St, Southfield, MI 48075. Weird!

I have talked to the person on the other end of the Larry Suell calls three times. In those 3 times I have asked to be taken off the call list. This does NOT work as I am still getting calls from dear Larry. My blood pressure goes up every time I see his name on the caller ID. My next step is to report the number as I think we all need to do. Have a great Holiday all and let's home Larry doesn't call on Christmas Day to wish us well.

Calls many times a week. I'm the same as the other comments, when I call back, it remains silent. Will try to block! Will also contact FCC or whoever needed to stop this nuisance! It is intruding on my privacy...something I do not take lightly! If the perpetrator is reading this...you CAN be tracked down with the RIGHT people involved....so STOP now, before authorities are involved!!!

If you have caller ID and can block calls, do it!!!

call from this number 12/1/09 was donation solicitation on behalf of a veterans charity to whom we have given in the past. *69 after this call got me to a recording for Insight Teleservices in Michigan.

Caller ID says Larry Suell, caller remains silent and then hangs up. What a way to make your 15 minutes of fame Larry. What a loser.

A/C 248 is southeastern Michigan, around Troy, Pontiac, some Detroit. I don't understand the point of calling and then remaining silent or hanging up. I'd love a couple of minutes alone with this arsehole.

A telemarketing company that is collecting money for nonprofit organizations. The software the company is using Agent v4.55 has leads (our phone numbers) that are purchased from other 3rd party entity's which end up being entered into their software. They will call you even if you are on the do not call list because they claim they are not governed by the policies of the do-not-call list since they are a non-profit organization. So if you ask to have your number removed they will still end up calling you again once your lead is fed into their software with no respect for the do-not-call listing. Have fun and make sure you file a complaint to the FTC of consumer protection, BBB, and your congressman (that will take awhile) to have all software and companies abide by the do-not-call listing or we are all inevitably doomed.

Have twice asked to put in my number to be taken off the list and still calling. I am not interested and want off your list.

Mr Suell, If you read your emails please delete my phone number from your phone list. There is no Christa at my number and I am also on "The No Call List". I am not interested in whatever you have to offer. Thanks!

This call, the second today from the number but the first I answered, was from a woman who sounded as though she was soliciting donations. When I asked her if this was a phone solicitation (because we are on the DO NOT CALL list), she immediately hung up. Obviously this is not a legitimate caller, and this number should be investigated.

If you want to block the call from coming to your home, contact your phone company and ask if you have a call blocking feature. It was included in our phone service package. It's worth checking. Also... this seems pretty slimy... so block it if possible.

This has to stop -- why not do a phone check and find out where these calls originate and prosecute the perpetrators!!!
